The location of this place is in a less than ideal location. The outside street and sidewalk is quite dirty and there is no where to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Even though there are so many flavours, the taste of the few flavours I got were mediocre at best.

Serving sizes very small. Must be new ownership. Will not be going back unless serving sizes increase. A medium hard ice cream was the equilant of two very small scoops and was over $6 with tax.

Recently tried ice cream - Chocolate with brownie pieces and Mocha flavors. Taste was good and medium quantity was a lot. Plenty of parking lot, decent service and choice or waffle cones. All in all it’s a great place to enjoy ice cream

I recently visited Polar Palace Ice Cream and tried their Snowstorm ice cream, which is vanilla ice cream with brownie chunks. Unfortunately, it was the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. Not only was the price quite high, but the brownie bites were extremely bitter and chewy, completely ruining the experience. I would not recommend this place based on my visit.

Went on July 1st wanted a black licorice milkshake. Being my first time there I asked the girl who was taking my order for a licorice milkshake I asked her is it black licorice and she wasn't sure. She asked another girl there and said it was. Get into my car drive to the park for the events only to find I have a plain vanilla shake that I paid $7.40 to say I'm not impressed is an understatement. That will be the last time I go there spend the time in line at milky way best icecream in town.
