Good ice cream, terrible service. Only words spoken by the cashier were “what can I get you”. Instead of asking if we were getting anything else, she pointed her pen at me and made a face. Then as we’re waiting for our ice cream, two other employees behind the counter were openly talking about using marijuana while driving with minors, not very professional in front of customers in earshot.

Flavors were good at the beginning of summer, now not so much. Last 3 times the 3 different flavors that I had tasted like regular soft ice cream with a slight hint of the flavor I ordered. And for the price should be better.

amazing portions, fast service, friendly, kind. lots of flavours to choose from, and allot more than just ice cream! mini donuts, even some hot food! milkshakes too! always a fun experience. been coming for a couple years now and enjoy it every time.

Used to be my favorite icecream place, but must have changed owners or something, all Prices up about 40% and the sizes dropped by 50 %. , I don't recommend them at all!
2 medium soft serve waffle cones cost me close to $20, outrageous. The quality was average.

We have been going there for years and has always been good. This season prices are higher which is understandable, but portion sizes are way down...felt so ripped off that we will not go back. My small cone looked like a sample size for $5 and their brownie delight which was like $9 with tax had a two-bite brownie sized brownie cut in 3 thin slices and there was barely any ice cream!

Very disappointed in this visit. This is my favourite Ice cream place in Regina. Left is a jr ice cream and right is a small ice cream. First time I have ever had a small this small before. Skimped on the ice dream hard this time. They just told me they gave extra on the jr but that looks like a small to me(left) they served me a jr for my small which not cool as I paid for a small size. The one young lady had attitude about it.
