I had ordered through the mobile app of Popeyes. I had an offer of 12 wings at 15CAD and I had blackened chicken burger meal. I also had a survey from other store of Popeyes where they refuse to serve it. They said only their restaurant survey is acceptable at the store. Popeyes receipt doesn’t state clearly that surveys are only applicable at particular store. I wish they could mention it properly to avoid such situations with customers where the moment store see survey they change their behaviour instant. Poor customer handling skills. May Glod bless the owners.

Amazing Halal Experience at Popeyes!

I recently visited a Popeyes location that offers halal options, and I was blown away by the experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with that signature Popeyes flavor we all know and love, but made even better knowing it was halal. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, while the sides like the buttery biscuits and Cajun fries were mouth-watering.

The service was also exceptional, thanks to the manager Ashman and his team. Ashman went above and beyond to ensure that all halal items were prepared separately and maintained the highest standards. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

It’s not always easy to find a halal fast food option that doesn’t compromise on quality, but this Popeyes delivers on every front. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty, halal-friendly food. Will definitely be coming back again! Kudos to Ashman and the team!

Service here is really good .. Fast and Friendly .. Ashman and Sukhman always make sure that everything is good.. Food is always hot and fresh .. This is our go to Popeyes because of the service and the cleanliness of the store. Will always recommend this store and will definitely come back..

Manger was super rude and was saying go wait for your order and go park your car in the parking lot and madam will bring your food to car but the wait time for the drive thru is estimated to be 3-4 hours and it took 3 hours and 10 minutes to get my Popeyes Chicken sandwich and 500 Apple pies

Just so so for a Popeyes. It's one of those places that gives you the upsized combo when you say combo. I didn't realize it until I paid. Wendy's in the city used to do that and it was a reason it stopped going there for a while. I'll stop going to Popeye's and start recommending against them too. Fool me once...

She lady that took my order in the drive thru was very rude and sounded annoyed. She made me feel like I was stupid. UPDATE: she is the shift manager… also made two cars park in the front when there was no one else in line because our food wasn’t ready? (WE HAD TO WAIT 5-8 minutes… that’s not fast food.) If that is the case at least put numbers or reserve a space for that like McDonald’s.
