DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!worst customer service and food quality, had ordered chicken rice bowl and this is what i got. Dried burnt chicken and sticky white rice with 0 flavour and little bit of garlic sauce. Looks like they cleaned the stove and served that left over burnt chicken to my order!! Never ordering again.

My first visit to prairie donair and food was absolutely not met my expectation, chicken was so dry and Chicken spread over such a small small crumbs, i didn't even feel like i am having chicken, its so dry that i didn't able to eat completely, we will not recommend this restaurant for Chicken donair wrap shawarma, never go back again. Waste of money.

They only staff one worker. Don't expect to get your food in a reasonable time. Only had two other customers in-front of me and waited 25 mins before just giving up. PD is great but avoid this location. Shame on management to expect one worker to handle that mess.

It's my first time ordering at prairie donair here at landmark near shoppers in albert st south, I ordered yesterday October 10 at around 130-2pm and it was the classic chicken shawarma. When I got home and eat it, it's the worst donair that I have eaten. The chicken was so hard and the wrap was like a rubber. I don't know if the chicken that they reheated was from yesterday and the wrap was so rubbery that maybe they over reheated it in a pressed machine. I have paid for $9.98 for a small size WORST donair I have ever tasted. Don't buy in here. Waste of money.

I went to the south prairie do air today and they charged me 21 $ for my food. If I order exact same thing in east store, it always cost 14$. Just because they have different owners, it doesn’t mean that they will be overcharging. This was ridiculous as being a good franchise, they are doing such thing. Please always look compare and then buy from them.
