I recently attended a SACO convention that had them cater. It was phenomenal. The pulled pork was my favourite but everything was top notch! 1000% recommend! 🤤
Reliable catering service with friendly staff and delicious cornbread!
Absolutely hands down ALWAYS the best food at ribfest and the only reason we go. Was sad they didnt have the maple bacon cornbread I think thats what they did in 2024 that was the bomb. Wish you made mac and cheese cause every elses sucked. Thank you for the wicked eats!!!! You ALWAYS have our vote!

Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ is a catering company that provides excellent service and delicious food for various events. They have catered for businesses, outdoor weddings, and other occasions, with positive feedback from guests. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone is still talking about it. The menu includes ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and the whole hog, all very tasty. The sides paired very nicely, and the BBQ Pit Beans were fantastic. Communication was top notch and everything went without a hitch. They have also been commended for their outstanding customer service. The team were a really good group of people to work with, providing great service. For large groups, the food was fantastic and everything ordered was delicious.
