I enjoyed my salad for lunch today and the raspberry cannoli was delicious! My son enjoyed the six macarons I bought for him and said they were the best he has had. The service is always professional and friendly. We are lucky to have this establishment in Regina.

Disappointing Experience with Queen City Cakes
I recently ordered a cake from Queen City Cakes, specifically requesting it to be less sweet. However, the cake was overwhelmingly sweet despite my instructions. When I called to discuss the issue with the owner/manager, I was told that eggless cakes are always sweeter. This response was both dismissive and inaccurate. I've had eggless cakes from various other bakeries that weren't excessively sweet.
It seems that Queen City Cakes needs to invest in better training for their bakers and implement quality checks to ensure customer instructions are followed. This oversight ruined my wife's birthday cake, and I find their attitude towards customer complaints unacceptable. Additionally, I was not informed at the time of ordering that eggless cakes would be sweeter. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered from them.
I highly do not recommend Queen City Cakes due to their lack of attention to customer requests and their dismissive attitude towards feedback.

For my birthday, my friends ordered a gift set of cupcakes from this bakery. The quality is excellent, and everything looks beautiful. The presentation and taste of the cupcakes and other products are impressive. Overall, a delightful experience that I highly recommend.

We wanted a 2 year old birthday cake but instead we got a 2 year anniversary themed cake. We never said we wanted any flowers or macaroons on the cake. We requested a Peppa pig themed cake and we were really disappointed by the appearance of the cake. Furthermore the taste of the cake was so disappointing all my guests were not happy. More than a quarter of the cake was leftover and all our guests complained. The cake was so dry and was not pleasing to even eat!!

My partner ordered a Wonderland Cake to celebrate my cancer being in remission. When he went to pick it up he was told we had to wait 5 hours before serving. This was unfortunate because we chose the pickup time based on when we wanted to have the cake. Since we had to wait 5 hours, he couldn’t even be there when it was cut. He chose a Caramel Pretzel cake in purple and black. The pretzels were too large, making it hard to cut. There were literally some only cut in half. But the pretzel and salted caramel were good, just not enough. The icing was way too sweet but the vanilla cake was also too bland. Overall, the cake was mediocre and not worth $65. But the worst part were the macarons on top. I wish there had been an option to choose the flavor. They were mint flavored and tasted like toothpaste unfortunately.
I have been having Queen City cakes treats and cakes for about 6 years now and it’s always an amazing experience For my sons birthday this year, they out did themselves . I ordered 25 treats and asked for it to be packed individually. I wasn’t specific with my request. I only told them the 3 different treats I wanted . You have done it again QCC! Thank you for making those kids happy .
