Have ordered from this bakery twice and both times did not get what we asked for. The first time it was a cake with candy in the middle, we got home and had the birthday party and there was zero candy inside. This time we ordered certain cupcakes and they were missing decor on about half of them. We complained and they fixed the issue, but we learnt our lesson the first time to check before leaving. They also promised to make a special cupcake for my daughter and they did not. After complaining again he put a candle and a cookie on top and called it good. As soon as we got home the cookie had fallen of and fell apart and her cupcake icing was smudged and ruined. Safe to say I will not be purchasing from here again.
I was a little disappointed today as I ordered cupcakes and had asked to have butterflies on the cupcakes. I went to pick up the cupcakes which cost me $100 and there was only about half of cupcakes thatc only had the butterflies. I had asked the front desk person what happened and he said oh that’s the hundred dollars you paid for when . I had walked in and ordered all the cup cake with butter flys. It was the owner he promised me Butterflies in each cupcake. I did call the owner and he did rectify the mistake and said oh maybe we didn’t finish the cupcakes. When you’re paying $100 for two dozen cupcakes, I expect them to look like the display that I had asked for. This is the second time that I picked up something from the bakery paid a lot of money, and did not get the satisfaction I had , or I was promised. I was also promised a cupcake made special for the birthday girl which was not done when I had asked the owner he again said they didn’t complete the order and he did make a nice cupcake for the birthday girl. I just felt like they would’ve got away with not finishing my order if I didn’t opened the boxes to check it, just a little disappointed how I can pay that much money, and not get all that I had asked for.

The desserts here are absolutely delicious.I decided to give them another try as I had tried one of their cupcakes a few years ago. It was a tad bit too sweet for me, but I wanted to give them a second chance. And I’m beyond glad I did. The raspberry lemon cannoli was the best damn cannoli I’ve ever had. As an Italian, it’s hard to get good tasting cannoli here in Regina, and I was on the floor. Absolutely the best I’ve personally ever had.It is on the higher end of price range, but you get what you pay for. If you want good quality desserts that taste amazing, you’ll definitely find it here!
