Asked for extra pepperoni, looked regular to me unless they barely put any pepperoni on as is. Crust was tasty, but the rest tasted like bad frozen pizza. No flavour to the sauce. Won't be ordering again.

The best pizza store we have in Regina!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day! You can either have your pizza delivered or pick it up. Friendly staff and good customer service.

Ordered 3 pizzas under the half price promotion and it was a disaster. Ordered Red Swan several times over last 5 years and it has been so good. Not this time. Rochdale location manager phoned me back and explained that they were so busy they had to skimp out on the toppings and the cheese. Well that was pretty obvious. He seemed to think that his explanation was adequate and offered only a 10% refund on a future order. I told him that wasn’t good enough but he didn’t care. We threw out the crappy three pizzas. We are never ordering Red Swan again, especially the Regina Rochdale location. Really too bad.

I’ve been ordering from this location for months and always the same order. Last night I ordered the same pizza but there was hair in one of the slices. When I reached out to inform them. They kept trying to play it off as no it’s a pineapple strand. No it’s a chicken strand. I mean cheap out all you want but do you think customers are incapable of knowing what a hair is. I even provided you photos.
Small outlet for pizza delivery or take away. Dine in facility not available. Reception staff are not well trained on customer public relations. We liked Tandoori Paneer pizza. Service and atmosphere are just average. Need improvements in taste of food .Ample parking.
