Food was excellent I had a combination plate with deep fried shrimp ,pork ribs a spring roll , veggies ans chicken fried rice. Service was excellent and very nice place to eat.

The steamed chicken and broiled chicken were cooked to perfection!!
Duck was very good and shrimp tofu too.
I like restaurants where the kitchen smell does not come out to restaurant.
We had a table of 8 and reservation at 6. Everything came out in time and great service
I would recommend over Peking house

We were celebrating the mid-autumn festival with friends. We pre-booked so we could get Peking duck 3 ways along with some other dishes. They served everything pretty well at the same time which would be my only complaint. The food itself was so good it was hard to stop eating it when I was full. For the 6 of us the bill was under $40.00 each excluding tip. My wife and I are already trying to figure out when we will go back.

I've been here multiple times, the food is always excellent and the service is great! The resteraunt itself gives off a very homey feel. Highly recommend!

The daily lunch menu for curry stewed beef steam rice was supposed to be $11.95 +6% (PST)+5% (GST)=$13.3. The waitress charged me $15 and did not say a word. This is a dishonest practice. Her service is not good. Just delivered the food to the table and did not say a word.
Need some improvement on customer service and honesty. Otherwise the food is acceptable.
Update your menu to reflect the actual price of the food.

Always my go to for Chinese, I have had nothing but great food from regency. It took me a little while to find my go to in the east end but I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else. I usually get combo d but have had many different dishes and never been disappointed. Right from food quality to how they package it they truly deserve a 5 star on what they are putting out. Keep up the good work and thank you

We haven't been at the Regency since Covid. Our group was pleasantly surprised at the quality & abundance of the food. The Almond breaded shrimp was my favorite.
We definitely will be back.

Customer service is zero.. poor communication as well. Without even asking, the lady was already saying no buffet, no buffet. Some racial profiling I see. Handing out the menu to us to go see if we wanted
