Scam artists. I bought a coffee and muffin which totalled to $11.62. I know the lady charged extra as the till only shows “open food” for each charge but there were three charges of “open food,” each being around $3-4 when I only ordered two, being the coffee and muffin (those charges plus the tax). When I asked for the receipt her expression immediately turned vexed. To top it off, the coffee wasn’t good, like whatever machine they use is barely cleaned. The dining area is decent though. I would 100% steer clear from this place. As of writing this, there is the Starbucks, Momentum, Java Junction and Grab and Go coffee shops on campus. RIP Tim’s.

Many specialty items on menu not available, counter person stopped us mid order, rudely interrupted us to take and process drive thru order, got nothing but s blank stare when complained
