The coffee is gross and the donuts are hard and old. All the machines don't work you ask for something and it's always out order. The bathroom is never open for six years now.

I purchased a donut, bagel and 20 tidbits. A large tea. Service was bagel was cold sat on counter waiting for everything else. I asked for sugar was handed, not even anything put i in a bag to carry to my vehicle. Not expressed and will not be returning to this tim hortons in the near future. Service seems to be a forgotten idea just want our money.

My green tea was great, but my chocolate chip muffin had only tiny shavings of chocolate, not actual chocolate chips. I was disappointed. It tasted good but, really, a chocolate chip is not miniscule. The employee did not take the muffin from the actual row of muffins that was marked "Chocolate chip" that I was looking at, but from a couple rows over without any label. Perhaps he misheard me.

Lots of different choices for food and beverages. Also, there are some different dietary options as well. Good option for anyone staying in the hospital or with restrictions.

Overpriced piece of work, without asking fool warm up carrots cake, damn melt all the creme on it, in microwave, again warm up vegetables spring roll, totally empty waits my money on these con artists. My advice go to elevator, press 0 and go to cafeteria, they have better and cheap option most visitor don’t know so just goto hospital cafeteria..peace

The line moved quickly despite the length. Atmosphere, tough to be anything more than a service when your located in a hospital. Pricey.

Nice place to grab a coffee or something for lunch conveniently located at main entrance of the hospital. Very friendly staff with a good variety of snacks and drinks.
