Ordered a chicken burger. Chicken was so thin and cooked so long it was dehydrated and crispy. Will not order from here ever again. So very disappointing.

Ordered 10 piece chicken and they must have put it in the fryer and forgot about it. Most pieces were black they were so over cooked. To make up for this they added like 5 pieces of chicken because was was actually 15 pieces of varying degrees of doneness. A couple pieces looked cooked normally and some were pretty dark win the rest closer to black. Completely dried out and garbage.I know they forgot about it because three pieces were completely stuck together having never been shaken around when they went on the fryer. The fryer basket was most likely over full as well meaning the chicken had no room to move around and therfore were cooked stuck together.

We order 2 poutines which had onions covered in mold. I called the restaurant to let them know and am trying to get a refund on Skip. This was really poor quality control. The person that prepped these onions obviously saw the mold before putting it in our food. Very disappointing.
Ordered a mushroom poutine and it was gross. I love battered mushrooms but them being drowned, soggy and cold is disgusting. I would suggest taking it off the menu. What a waste of $12. Totally disappointed for my first time ordering. In another poutine I ordered, the "Sautéed Onions" were crunchy. And "crunchy chicken and bacon" apparently means rock hard for this restaurant. Thanks, but no thanks. Don't waste your money here.
