I have gone here. The food is always good. Lots of good choices from the buffet, friendly owner and server. Very clean and nice restaurant. One thing to keep in mind is to ask for the food to be refilled . Do the food waste I think that you need to ask instead of them refilling it without being asked , but I've usually gone after peak hours .. Because it is food waste and I see why they they do it. Highly recommended though.

My daughter and i stopped for lunch on Saturday. First time to this restaurant. We had porn lo mien, blackened wings, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour spareribs. The portions were enough for lunch and leftovers for us both the following day. The flavor was the best I have had in Regina. We complimented the waiter (who was the owner) and he was quick to compliment the chef. Very much worth the time to try a new place. Would encourage others to do the same.

The food was fantastic!! It has been a long time since I was so impressed by food quality that I actually wanted to leave a review. The portions were excellent and very flavorful. The staff was so friendly and great to talk to. I am absolutely going back and looking forward to it!!

We called and placed an order for six people and were told the wait would be about one hour. After waiting two hours, we called back to check on the order. They apologized and said it would be another 20 minutes. We then waited an additional hour and called again, only to be told it would be 20 more minutes AGAIN. At that point, we cancelled the order.
In total, we waited three hours for our food, with the wait time pushed back twice. If you’re too busy, please be upfront about it—there were six hungry customers who won’t be returning.

We have frequented Rose Garden many times in the past with great service and great food until last evening Monday December 1st. There were 5 of us celebrating my sister’s birthday. After we had been seated we left to get our food but to our disappointment so many containers were empty. We got what we could and sat down. The server came to our table, when we asked when the empty containers would be refilled, we were told she would let the kitchen know. We were there at 6pm. Still waiting for more food we asked a couple more times. It was like our request had been dismissed. During this time a couple had entered the restaurant and went to the buffet got what they could and returned to their table. A short time later the gentleman went to the server and asked about more food, she disappeared to the kitchen. Shortly after a container with rice came out then about 5 egg rolls came out and that was all that was ever brought out!
The servers had told us that their Chef was in training, pretty lame excuse as far as I’m concerned that Chef should not be there if that’s how they work!
We got tired of waiting for more food and about 7:15pm we headed to pay for our meals when I said I’m not paying the full price of the meal and explained why. She apologized over and over but I said I know it’s not her fault but I’m not paying the full cost! Another server came over to the till and we told her the same thing. She returned after going to the kitchen and said they would give us 10% off. I felt it should have been at least 50% off as we didn’t have access to 100% of the food. We paid with the 10% off and left. They just lost 5 of us patrons as we will NEVER go back!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

I visited the restaurant and I saw the Indian girl working there. I waited about 10-15 mins on Friday night for my Skip order because I went there as a skip Dasher. I really impressed by the girl she was really dedicated for her job, if you reading this review I would like to say you that I truly appreciate your hard work and professionalism. The way you are managing the take-out orders and also checking on the tables again and again that's really great. I only spend 15 mins there but I would love to come with my family and experience your service. You're are doing an amazing job.😊

New ownership, and unfortunately, a turn for the worse. Flavors are a bit off.
Went for my birthday supper this last weekend. Should have sensed something was wrong when there were only 3 tables occupied on a Saturday night. Original owner must have sold the place. (It's now a chinese restaurant without any Chinese staff in site) I Had known the original owner for years and food had always been very good. Anyways food was mediocre at best. No service other than out original drink order. No coming around to check if we needed anything. Most disappointing Birthday supper ever. Jello for dessert was the best part of the meal.
