Ordered tonight and this was without a doubt the worst order of Chinese food i have ever received. The chicken balls were so hard you needed a sharp knife to cut open and the chicken inside was surrounded by white dough and roughly the size of a quarter. They were virtually not eatable. The deep fried shrimp was the same. Shrimp surrounded by white colored dough. The dry ribs were so over cooked they were like trying to chew on a stick. The chicken fried rice was so full of soya sauce that was all you could taste. If it wasn't for the fact we were hungry and we needed to eat so got other things, I would have driven back and dumped this on their counter. I will never go back to this place ever.

2 and a half hour wait for crap food. Anything with batter was barely cooked not to mention missing food. For the price that was paid, this was for a birthday supper, this was grossly unacceptable. Should have took the hint at the 10 or so people who were already there complaining about their orders. You people need to get your crap together or close the doors. Will never be back.

This has been my go-to place for years. Unfortunately, the quality has diminished the just few times I've been there. Last night, I ordered a dinner for 5 and deep fried wontons and was quite disappointed. The chicken balls were extremely chewy meat and the dough was almost white. The shrimp was mostly dough, also barely cooked past the color white. The deep fried wontons that I've always loved have been changed to simply wonton paper strips that were deep-fried and had a spattering of sliced chicken and pork on top...not what I was expecting which was disappointing. The egg rolls which are normally thick with filling were very thin and lacking filling. For a $71 meal (plus tip), I was very disappointed with what I got both in quality and quantity. In all likelihood, this will be the last time I order as the past few orders have been unimpressive and this one was even worse. It's really too bad.

If i could give a zero, i absolutely would. The manager that works there is absolutely rude and has zero skills in customer service. We received a completely wrong order and manager refused to fix the issue due to their « food cost ». Never coming again, if i were you, id go find elsewhere to go. Disrespectful people.

Been a couple years since we ordered from here and the food was great. This time some of it was hot, some cold, chicken balls the size of a large marble, small piece of shrimp in batter, chicken balls and shrimp half cooked. And very small egg rolls. Price went up and quality went down. Very disappointing now.
We have been buying here for over 20 years and have always enjoyed the food. Tonight I went again - always get a dinner for 3 and subsititute the beef and greens for the Szechuan chicken and pay the difference. It has never been a problem until tonight- you would think I had asked for everything for free. Well money wont be a problem - you will not get any of mine again - surprised and sad - too bad, we did enjoy, but never again.

It's been a few years since we ordered from SR. We always thought the food was good but not "great". However we always ordered from them today and can say it was 5 star. Food came quickly, hot and tasty. Best we have ever had. Keep up the good work. We'll be back.
