They make drinks wrong and then argue with you about it. I went there for a birthday drink and splurged on a drink that was over $6. And it was made wrong. And instead of making it right. They argued with me. I will never return to this location.
I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location until this morning. I wanted to surprise the girls at work with a nice coffee so I headed to SecondCup. I went to the drive through and was immediately approached with a male yelling, yes yelling “what do you want?” I was shocked and said “One moment please” only to hear again, “what do you want!” So I quickly ordered my 3 drinks without having a moment to even look at the menu.
