Absolutely amazing food! The service is really nice. Also, maybe this is because I’m from a bigger city, but my partner and I got a platter and it was much less expensive than we anticipated, and we actually think it’s underpriced for the great value in the food, the variety, the tastes, everything.

Stumbled upon some of their dishes years ago and have gone back sporadically introducing acquaintances who have also tasted nothing quite like it.
Recently went for another meal but they happened to be out of the dishes we most enjoyed. Manager heard the news and drove out to get the missing ingredients and we had the same distinct and delicious experience we fell in love with!
I highly recommend the kitfo, the gort gort, and a veggie platter for a table of four. You’ll be using your hands to pinch the food with the sour dough bread so make sure not to get full on the bread.

I love love eating here I've been coming here repeatedly for a decade since my roommate in university showed me them! Staff is so friendly and helpful, food is always filling and flavourful my spouse and I come here at least once a month to enjoy and always leave so stuffed!

It’s been years since I’ve had the chance to experience Ethiopian cuisine, and tonight was a wonderful experience. Especially the coffee - the best coffee I’ve ever tasted was Ethiopian, and Selam met that same high bar! Thanks for making a date night all the more special!

Had the vegan platter which was delicious and the platter contained generous amounts of injera flat bread (made from fermented teff flour), lentils (spiced with cardamom etc.), yellow split peas, cabbage with carrots, and green beans with potatoes.
