Last night I went to Shannon's Pub in Regina for the first time. I went there to play darts, and didn't feel much like eating, unfortunately. All the pizza that was served looked amazing! I definitely will be back to have pizza the next time. I only had a couple of Cokes, so I was expecting a $10 bill and I would give a $10 tip. Kiefer, who I wanted to pay, said I owed nothing! No payment and no tip was necessary! Now that is GREAT SERVICE! I can't wait to get back to Shannon's Pub, say hi to Kiefer, and order some yummy pizza!

I heard a lot of good things about this place, so I decided to take my mom and brother out for a belated birthday lunch for him. Upon I arriving I stopped into the restroom, I come back to the table and they were already served drinks and the server was standing there, waiting for my drink order. I asked for a drink menu and the server told me āall we have is beerā. I am not a beer drinker but figured thatās all they had so I order a Michelobe ultra or whatever they are. I look at their bar finally and see all types of alcohol I could have order. This upset me. Because the server forced me to order a drink I donāt like and refused to provide me a menu. I told my mother I will go out to vape and wait for my food to cool off. As Iām walking out a couple walks in and was IMMEDIATELY provided two drinks menus. I tried to shrug it off. Chalking it up to the server being elderly and having a bad day. But then!!! My chicken wings took FOREVER to be brought out and by the time I finally got them they were cold, and looked they have been sitting. I tell my brother whatever Iām hungry I just want to eat and leave at this point trying to keep good energy. But after biting into the wings they were RAW and BLOODY. The server comes back and says rudely,ā Iāll get you a bowl for you bones ā when I tried to tell her the chicken in my napkin was raw. She comes back and finally let me get a word in to tell her. She then tries to go get a new batch of wings, before I can even say anything. When she comes back I finally get to say āno I do not want the wings, I no longer have an appetite and might get sickā she then tells me āwell his already cooking them, I guess lll go tell him to stopā the server was visibly upset with me. I tried my best to give this place a shot but can safely say I will NEVER eat there again. Or recommend to any of my family or friends. I spent 24 hours with a sick tummy. Just for trying to be a nice customer. The place is nice though, very lovely patio.

First few times I went was wonderful, so I brought a friend only for the bartender to get upset about ordering baileys and coffee? He was very unwelcoming, spilled the coffee when it arrived, smiled in the most hostile way and didnāt bring napkins to clean it up, just left us in the mess. It wasnāt as passive as it was aggressive. When we left I was embarrassed id even brought my friend and we still needed dinner. This was the opposite of customer service.

Went to an Irish pub and order a Baileyās Irish coffee, the bartender didnāt like it and said āwell, I guess I have to make some coffee!ā He was very unwelcoming and took his time to prepare the drink. When it finally came, he spilled some on the coaster and didnāt even bother to bring a tissue. Very bad service and attitude
While on vacation my friend and I decided to stop in at a local pub for a drink. I had the dill pickle soup and soda bread while I was there. It was delicious! The service was great and so was the beeršŗ

Stopped by recently for a catchup with a friend. I canāt believe itās taken me this long to visit! What a great little spot - so full of character! Loved the bartender, she was such a great personality and made the whole place feel fun and inviting. 10/10 recommend stopping in, Iāll for sure be back!
