Low quality food, served scrambled egg white only thing! instead of eggs, poor communication, poor English , wrong order served, charged 50 $ for egg white, lettuce and potato!
Overall poor management, food and service. Not worth it.

One of my favorite spots in Regina. The space is bright and calming, perfect for a relaxed coffee or brunch. I always order their latte—smooth and rich—and the Masti, which is fresh, flavorful, and totally unique. Great vibes, friendly service, and quality food. Highly recommend!

Skye Cafe & Bistro wonderful place for great food, service and reasonable prices.😀
Skye Cafe & Bistro is a gem of a place with both charm and warmth. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and genuine hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The staff are attentive and kind, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The interior is beautifully designed clean, modern, and aesthetic, with cozy touches that make it perfect for everything from a casual brunch to a special outing. The ambiance is calm and inviting, and there’s a great attention to detail in both the decor and presentation of the food.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good meal in a lovely setting with great service. Skye Cafe & Bistro is definitely worth the visit!

The service was just as lovely friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It’s clear the staff really care about making your experience special. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to again!

I love supporting local, but I was disappointed by the food. The servers were okay, and I appreciate the sustainable food practices, but it just didn't live up to the hype. I wouldn't eat here again, but I also don't regret my visit

This is a beautiful space located within the Science Centre. I always order the Mediterranean bowl, which is absolutely delicious and a decent portion. I have tried a cheesecake here, which was disappointing in size, flavour, and texture. My partner's order (I believe it was the steak) was cold and the potatoes were soggy. I also was not a fan of the chai I ordered.
Menu options suit a variety of specific dietary needs, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.

Had brunch at Skye and it was honestly amazing! I tried the Grilled veg and my friend had the Chicken ‘n’ Waffles both were packed with flavour and super filling. The place has such a relaxed, clean vibe and the staff made us feel really welcome. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. Highly recommend for a weekend brunch!

Food was disappointing. The Cajun chicken waffle tasted more like chicken curry, and the waffle itself was cold and soft—closer to a frozen Eggo than a fresh waffle. The mango and passion fruit lassi was decent but lacked any noticeable passion fruit flavor.
More concerning was the handling of a gluten-free allergy. Despite notifying the server, the plate came with pita bread. When we pointed it out, they simply removed the pita and added tortillas. Only after insisting was the dish properly remade. Not reassuring when it comes to allergy safety.

The third photo is from June 13th. I got the Chicken Waffle ($23) and Mango Passionfruit Lassi ($6 not pictured). As for the other 2 photos, those are from June 6th. I actually wasn’t going to compare the two, but I unfortunately had 2 very different experiences.
June 6th, I went out for lunch. I was super upset that my taste buds had not fully came back to me, despite being at the tail end of the cold. But, I could tell that the chicken was moist and the mango lassi smoothie like. I was happy with my service and my food.
June 13th, I went out for lunch, ordered the EXACT same order. The restaurant was a bit busier. My lassi was exactly what I wanted it to taste, it was heavy, had grenadine in it this time and tasted strongly of mangos with a sourness of the passionfruit. The flavour of the chicken was great and it was moist again. I also love that they put curry spice on the chicken before it’s breaded. The waffle was also very flavourful without being too sweet.
Unfortunately this is where my praise ends. The side salad needed more dressing, the service was quite slow, the menus desperately need to be wiped down, my waffle was very thin, and the price is quite high for what you get. As for the service, I had to alert another server and ask for maple syrup, no one checked on our food (except for the one that I flagged down), our plates weren’t cleared, and when my coworker said “excuse me” to ask for the bill, the worker ignored him and walked past to seat people standing at the door.
There’s also a lot of inconsistencies with the food. Firstly, my mango lassi today had grenadine in it where as the one on the 6th did not. Second, the chicken was tossed in seasame seeds today but the last time they weren’t. And thirdly, the most disappointing, the waffle was half the thickness of the last one. Perhaps they got a new waffle maker, but I see this as a downgrade since the last one was a lot thicker.
I’m not sure if I would return for lunch as the portions are small. But I will give breakfast a try.
