Smitty's Restaurant & Lounge - Regina Albert Street

Come here every Thursday for wings as my partner and I are trying to have all 55 flavored wings.

Food is amazing, atmosphere is nice, the only downside is for the wing nights, the place is very crowded as they only have the wing special on the lounge side which is super small and if it's very busy it takes a little bit to be serviced.

I went in for a birthday meal and ordered fish and chips and a quesadilla, the fish was overcooked and the breading was obviously burnt, the quesadilla barley had chicken on it, i ordered an appetizer of onions rings and it took over 15 minutes to get to my table with only two other tables in the restaurant, upon asking for my server and explaining what was wrong with my meal and that I dislike it and was given the worst attitude by my server, didn’t even offer to keep my food just took it away from me immediately and just kept giving me attitude definitely not coming back again

This place is very racist. It took almost half an hour to for them to even take my order, but they were serving everyone else quickly and efficiently. Walked by my table five times. Didn't even give me coffee as they walked by with the pot.
Today a very respected elder in our community was kicked out! She was told she had to pay up front. She would NEVER not pay, and couldn't dine and dash, because she's in a walker 🤬

Delicious food and very friendly service. Had the eggs benedict for brunch two weeks ago, and it was amazing.

Food was terrible, waitresses hardly addressed us and the place was FILTHY!! Bugs flying all over our food garbage and food all over the floors and bathrooms had toilet paper scraps head to toe from one end to the other. Meanwhile the staff just stood at the front gossiping. This was at 5:00pm on Sunday and there was only 3 tables occupied.

Went down for dinner the food was really good the staff was kind and respectful definitely would come here with family

The food looked good but when we ate a few bites we had hair in our food. My daughter 6 ate her pasta and it had white hairs. They offered to make another but my daughter was disgusted and didn't want another. I went to pay for the rest of my food and the server started being rude towards me so I started being rude back as well. She started laughing but I'm not sure why. If it was her kid that had some old persons hair in their mouth she probably would of acted out the same and upset. Then she went on to laugh at us. And to add I told her I was severely allergic to strawberries and she still served me them and laughed as well. She wouldn't of laughed if I plan to sue as I almost died from strawberries a year ago.

Spent an hour and a half waiting for a food. Awful staff so rude and disrespectful. Completely unacceptable.

I was at smittys this morning, had a omelet. The tomatoes seemed over ripe and alot. The hash browns where very white no crisp to them at all. To pay almost 5.00 for a small orange juice is awful. When I get toast would love to not have them on same plate. Also dont like getting ketchup in a small little take out container. Put the bottle on .

Usually, this place is one of the better places for breakfast. Food came cold and overloaded with hasbrowns..not even the regular cubed style.. eggs were hard and cold.. bacon looked like it was sitting there for awhile... only thing that was hot was the coffee.

I was very disappointed with my family’s entire meal. The omelette was rubbery, the hollandaise sauce was strangely translucent, and the waffles were so tough to cut through I had to give my arm a rest partway through. I haven’t had Smitty’s in a while, but I remembered it being much better than what we received.
