2 times I've dealt with this older woman and she treated me for ignorant and disrespectfully. Maybe it's cause I asked for a the more affordable thing on the menu or the fact that I'm Indigenous myself, it's just horrible how she handled me and walk away instead of respectfully responding to me. I just didn't appreciate it at all. The other, younger servers were more responsive and respectful, kudos to them🤗🙄

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for several years. It finally was the last straw on Saturday, September 6, 2024. We were seated by a lovely young lady with our coffee. Then the drama began. The older waitress, Margaret, never did come to take our order. She was deliberately avoiding us. The week prior, she had thrown a tantrum after her mistake was brought to her attention. So, I imagine this was our pay back. Bad attitude is often displayed by her towards the paying customer. After waiting 40 or more minutes we paid for our coffee and left. We will not return until Margaret is dealt with. Is Smitty's policy that the customer not important at all.

I can't rate the food as service was so bad that we got up and left after receiving no service. We waited and waited at the front. No one came by to seat us until I went into the restaurant to catch someone's attention. Then we reviewed the menu and waited what I believe was a reasonable amount of time in which we didn't even get a glass of water. Waitress(es) walk by the table paying no attention. So, we get up and left.

Got a Santa Fe skillet and it was so overpowered by seasoning that it was way too salty to eat. I didn’t want them to make it again at this point because I wasn’t hungry after all the salt. So they gave me 50% off. My thoughts are you shouldn’t have to pay for a screw up like this at all but instead of making a scene I just paid and will never go back:(
