Dont go here on peak times specially on weekends. Their customer service goes waaaaay down.You will be seated quickly, but then wait 30min for someone to take your order, then another 20min for food to arrive (which has already gone cold). When you ask for something (like water), they will slam your glass on your table while running to other tables. You try to catch attention of any server for coffee, no one wants to look at you, unless you put yourself almost infront of them. When you finally stand up to leave, server will start clearing your table in a rush without even a thank you. You dont even get a smile. What a TERRIBLE experience!Even KFC has a better customer service than this!

Just pick some other place to eat. This place is beyond horrible. I first thought they were just too busy for a saturday morning but looking at previous reviews, I just regret going there without looking at reviews. Servers were so crazy busy and it felt like I was in a hospital emergency room undergoing a disaster rather than a restaurant. After waiting 45 minutes into ordering and getting no food, we did a take out. Was not surprised that there was no cutlery, no sides for pancakes ,no whipped cream for kids pancake. Wouldnt go there obviously ever or recommend anyone either.

Very ignorant person Margaret that we had the displeasure of dealing with. Not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to redeem my free birthday meal so didn’t get to redeem it. She coulda cared less about even trying to figure it out . Awful experience. She shoulda not be dealing with customers directly in any way at all.

Didn't give us a bill to after we paid got home discovered a LG soft drink we never had the coffee was cold had to ask for fork and knife while she sat at front desk watch your bill before paying at this est.also one dinner buddies and one breakfast pouting all of which we never had. ,

Do not like that they allow customers to be at there table , carrying on a telephone conversation with there phone on speaker . That ruined our meal and visit .Waitress did not care to ask customer to step out .Rather it upset so many customersI’ll have second thoughts to go back
