If I could give a 0, I would. I used to visit the location daily but now I come maybe once a month. Over the last year, this location has gone down hill. They have a very limited menu as a lot of out of stock. Today, we only have the option of for lunch sandwiches/pockets, TWO when there is suppose to be 7 available. Good luck getting a nitro cold brew because they’re “sold out at this store.” Same with the spring Lavender options, good luck because they’re sold out too. I understand this might be a busy location with being downtown but whoever does the ordering clearly doesn’t have a concept on when to order or how to order. The menu is always full of “sold out at this store” and this is why I’ve chosen a different location.

Preset tip of 20% - 30% on the payment machine. Like why would someone pay you 20% tip for standing in the line to get already expensive coffee. This scam needs to stop by Starbucks.

Not the best Starbucks they always under fill the drinks and put lots of ice when I ask for light ice I don’t have this problem at the one near southland they always cook

They put too many grinds in the brew basket. Coffee tastes burnt and far too strong
Bathroom was a mess. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Paper was just sitting in a roll on top of the dispenser. Didn’t look like it has been cleaned in a while. Drink was kind of lukewarm.

Every time I pass it, there seems to be a lot of people on the inside of it. It's right by my bank. Plus there's so much nice people in there and coming in and out. It's a good place
