After this Starbucks visit I have realized it’s better to support local coffee shops. Probably the worst customer service, very unpleasant experience.

Ordered on the app for pick-up at the 11th Ave Regina location. I ordered a cream based pistachio Frappuccino with chocolate drizzle and lining the cup. He made me the coffee based pistachio drink instead. I don’t drink coffee. Then he ran out of mocha sauce so couldn’t make the correct drink the way I ordered it. Then they didn’t have the bagel bites I ordered so I asked for egg bites instead and got the egg and spinach wrap instead because he wasn’t listening. There was me and 1 other person in the store so not busy.

The girls who work there need to work on their customer service skills. I dont know if it’s the generation or what. But being sassy to customer, and then being on your phone/gossiping behind the till in your free time isn’t very professional at all.

I’m a total Starbucks girlie — I easily spend around $15 every day on my protein matcha. When I pay for customization, I expect to actually get what I ordered. But this location has disappointed me every single time. In last 2 years I’ve given them more than enough chances, and it’s always the same issue.
The biggest problem is the staff attitude. Unlike other Starbucks locations where employees are friendly, attentive, and actually care, the team at this store just doesn’t. There’s no acknowledgment, no effort, and honestly no basic customer service.
Today was the last straw. I paid extra for cold foam, and the barista completely forgot to add it. When I mentioned it, she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the mistake — she just made some cold foam and poured it into my already-made drink like it didn’t matter. The manager was right there watching, and still no eye contact, no “hi,” no “sorry,” nothing at all. It genuinely felt like no one cared.
It’s not like I’m grabbing a $2 coffee. I’m paying a premium for quality and service, and this location doesn’t deliver either. So I’ve decided I’m done with this place. Maybe even Starbucks overall — but this location is definitely off my list for good.

This is actually the best Starbucks within whole city. Even at their busiest hours, they are a very hardworking and amazing team. I was very impressed with the service at this location.
The people that worked here is ridiculous I was ordering a drink at the counter and the two workers that was working at the time completely ignored me, and the little girl that was the cashier was rude very dismissive and while I was giving her my order she had the damn nerve to take out her cell phone and started texting instead while placing my order. Needless to say the drink was disgusting had to go back in there and fix it my self.

Yall don’t have different drink it’s the same thing every time Yall need to update you’re menu
Visting Regina for meetings, walked two blocks put in a mobile order for a Carmel Macchiato...while waiting for my beverage two people who got their orders ahead of me walked right back in and it had to be remade because it wrong...should have taken it as a hint. When I got my beverage I didn't take the top off the cup. When I returned to the hotel I realized while I hit soy and no sugar charmel macchiato it was a regular milk, full sugar matcha tea....what!?!? So I paid $8 for a beverage I had to throw out. Also the guy who just made my beverage called my name and order!!! At what point did he think a Carmel Macchiato was green? Instead future while at this hotel I will simply either A) go without or B) walk the 10 blocks each way to the next closest starbuck or C) go to the Tim Hortons which is the same distance away.

I had a very disappointing experience at the downtown Regina Starbucks today around 5:30 p.m. The store closes at 6, yet the employee (a young lady, wear glasses) refused to serve me well before closing time. I felt disrespected and unwelcome, as though I wasn’t being treated fairly compared to other customers. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand that promotes customer care and inclusivity. Management should ensure staff provide service until closing time and treat every customer equally.

I usually do a mobile order to pick up my treats for the day when I need it.
It is very seldom that I have to wait for my order. It is usually waiting there as I am walking in to get it.
The staff are very friendly with the very little amount of dealings I have with them picking up my order.

You folks should have a full menu on display. Try to note something on the coffee cup so that customer can identify the item more than one item is ordered.
It is always incredibly slow. Usually only 1 person working and they regularly forget things.
