Recently the quality of service has declined significantly. Today, I ordered an grande iced shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam and when the lady called the order out and stated it was a brown sugar oat iced shaken espresso for my name, I corrected her and told her I had ordered an iced shaken espresso and not a brown sugar oat iced shaken espresso. She proceeded to tell me it was the right drink and when I looked at the cup, it was not the right drink. The drink already took a long time to prepare, and I had a meeting to get to, so I just accepted it. But I’m not terribly happy paying 8-9 dollars for a drink I didn’t want. Please listen to your customers when they bring a concern to you.

washroom always not available. every time we went there they always said under renovation lots of reasons. your washroom should be always available to your customers. staff are not friendly to the costumers. poor service

This morning I ordered a Venti Latte. The staff were not friendly and my Venti Latte ended up being 14oz not 20oz. The foam didn't even reach the top of the cup. What a rip off! They were also out of some of the hot breakfast selections. I will not go to this location again. Very disappointing!

I have been to this branch twice and each time the same male staff (short guy)always get my order wrong. I always order double chocolate chip frappucino but he makes it coffee based. The first time, he was even instructed by his colleague that it’s creme-based. Earlier he made it coffee-based again and when i called his attention he told me I should have asked for creme-based. I tried to jog his memory and told him that the last time he also got my order wrong. He prepared another one but i got the feeling he was pissed and just handed me the drink. Will definitely not go back to this store.
