Extremely grateful to the manager and staff at this location. My son and friends were attacked a block away by teens in masks and ran inside for help. Once staff realized they were in trouble they assisted until authorities arrived! Thank you for not kicking my son and his friends outside, where they would have been further assaulted! Really appreciate it! Not all establishments would have helped a group of kids!

I have visit this Starbucks twice it was nice experience but having a common issue both the time is that we have order a coffee and in that we got a coffee in which something is missing I guess sugar and 2 nd time other else but in both we have missing something but staff support was really good that they offer me a new one but still this was happen twice so I just giving this feedback so this should not happened with any other customer.

Service was lovely but my drink tasted awful! I’m not one to complain if something is a little off but, I got a lavender shaken oat latte and for some reason it tasted burnt. It also left the taste of burnt hot dogs in my mouth after every sip. It was bad enough to throw the whole drink

Had a pumpkin spice latte today but it tasted so weird. It wasnot the first time I had it but something was off... Didnt like it at all.Got a headache instead of getting rid of one...?

The drinks here are quite good but the service staff's attitude here is too bad. I don't know if the female employee who ordered my drink was racist because I was Asian or because I dressed normally? But both me, my mother and my sister who came with me all recognized that unpleasant face, her glaring eyes and even her throwing away the glass as if she was confronting us. I noticed that the guests after me (non-Asians) were served by that same employee with a happy and welcoming face. I think the manager should check the store's service staff's attitude if they don't want to lose many customers. Personally, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE.

The service was rude! The girl seemed unable to distinguish between green tea and matcha. Requested no ice, but my drink was filled with an excessive amount of it. Given the experience, I wont come back! BTW, no points redemption at this location.Just to go Greenspot or Brewed Awakening if you want some nice local coffee shop.

It is peaceful, although sometimes chaotic. I enjoy being able to sit down and do my work.All of their employees are friendly and do their jobs efficiently and curiously.
