My husband went to North Albert Starbucks to pick me up a chai tea when he brought it home it was not a chai tea so he drove all the way back and he told me the manager made him a new one when he got home again it was still not chai teaSo this time I took it back ask for the manager and told her the situation her response was let me make you another one( no apology) one of the other employees told me oh so sorry the machines were mixed upThe manager handed me my chai tea and I said to her since we had to come back here twice could you offer me a free chai tea. Her response was..... ahhhhhh noI said really..... have you heard of the internet and I turned and left a very dissatisfied customerA few days and no response from anyone ..... super bad customer service

Terrible experience from the staff. The girl who made the drinks messed up 2 orders in front of me which took for ever and then messed up my order as well. A 3 minutes usual visit took me 17 minutes today.Also she was busy talking to her co worker in their native language while making the drinks and ignoring the customer.Again terrible experience, I usually go there once a day , will have to find another location now !
