The shop was impressively clean from the moment I walked in, which immediately made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. I really appreciated the overall ambience—calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged—making it easy to relax the moment you step inside. Some of the staff members were especially friendly, greeting customers with genuine smiles and making sure everyone felt attended to. Their positive attitude added to the pleasant experience and made my visit even more enjoyable.
The coffee I ordered was excellent, prepared just the way I like it. The flavor was rich and satisfying, and it truly hit the spot. I loved what I ordered, and it completely matched my taste preferences. It’s always nice when a café is consistent with the quality of their drinks, and this shop definitely delivered.
This location is also a wonderful place to spend time chatting with family and friends. Saturday evening 5:30pm oct11, I visited the store in person and ordered macadamia cold brew, firstly their rough attitude towards the customer sucks, secondly the lady who took our order was having face bangs , she was very rude and very disrespectful to us.
Then they messed up with the drink, I am never gonna visit this location. Very disappointing customer service.Ridiculous.

I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but my last visit was honestly not great. While I was trying to relax with my drink, there was a kid screaming in the bathroom for what felt like forever. It was loud, disruptive, and nobody seemed to be doing much about it. I get that things happen, but it definitely killed the vibe.
Hoping it was just a one-off, but it made for a pretty unpleasant experience overall.

i had the BEST iced pumpkin cream chai here yesterday. the flavor was pure perfection and it just stood out from all the other times i have had this drink 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ also i love the yummy note i usually just get smiley faces lol
this will 100% become my main starbucks!

I know these places are usually very friendly in terms of welcoming and saying goodbye, but this place was over the top. Kind of felt like I belonged and not in a fake way.

Definitely a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee, whether on your own or with friends. It does seem to stay busy throughout the afternoon, so if you want some quiet, bring earbuds/earphones. They do have a patio area for those warmer months.

Horrible experience. Asked for a less iced drink and they added more ice to it. Later removed the ice and added milk to it and gave it. Spoiled the taste completely. When I personally asked them to change it they just mixed the same thing again and gave it back. Guys you are not losing your pocket money if you make something wrong. It’s the company who pays for it. Sad and very disappointing

Why are instructions not followed? I always ask for light ice, how is a cup half full of ice considered light ice? This is not the first time this has happened either. I stopping going to this location because of the lack of being able to follow directions for 4 months, gave them another shot and it's still the same. Unacceptable!
First time there was a mistake in my order using my app. Been using this starbucks app for over a decade and this is the first timve ive experienced ordering on the wrong location coz i thought it will use my previous order of location since ibised previous order. Well thats charhe to experience for me it was sent to aurora branch. But thats fine. The people at this location, disnt made me feel bad about it nor rushed me so i didnt panick coz im at drive thru. Whats even better is they rectified for me by nit charging me alrhough i dont mind paying for it. So thanks for being proactive guys . I made it to work without being late. Thanks team of this branch.
