Anne was an absolute delight this morning at Starbucks. She made grabbing a coffee before work, way more than just that. She’s extremely personable and sparks conversation with you as if you’ve known each other for years. 10/10 stars for Anne!!

Not the Starbucks I typically frequent but I was just out for a drive Friday night and decided to run in and grab a coffee. I swear none of the staff working that night were over the age of 21 and that was reflected in their behaviour - lack of professionalism. After taking my order most of them stood around chatting instead of making my drink and the drinks of those behind me. One young man stood in the corner by the drive through window the whole time despite the drive through being empty. It also looked like he was biting his nails and touching his nose! So unhygienic…not that it matters cuz he didn’t do anything. When they finally did get to making drinks they made the drinksfor the people who ordered after me first. The girl who made my drink was slow and lacked any sense of urgency I had to wait 10 minutes before I got my coffee. I likely won’t come here again.

So I'm going through drive thru on October 30th 2023. I had ordered a small regular hot coffee and a regular size ice Frappuccino. I paid at the window, the computer said error and the debit said insufficient funds, the second time I tried to pay. Why? Because they had already taken the money from my bank. I showed them my bank statement online but they asked me to pay again because they said it was my banks issues not their machine. I asked for a receipt or prof I didn't pay, nope. I asked for my product or money back but nope. I asked for the manager and still they would not budge. I just want my product I paid for or my money back because this is theift and they need to fix their damn broken equipment.

The coffee is the best, but the cake was so dryyyyy. Tried wraps as well, so they were so-so. And toooooo much expensive. I prefere Tim Hortons. They have better value for money. But still Starbucks' coffee is better. 4 stars for atmosphere because the chears are not comfortable.

Nice stand-alone Starbucks in the shopping plaza.Good quality internet for use for studying.Clean, lots of seat space.Staff are efficient at what they do, seem to have fun on the job.Loved this location.Lots of parking.It also has a drive through.

It’s a Saturday morning at 9 am, drive thru is pretty busy, inside lined up, 4 people working, 1 is standing around doing nothing, one of the workers shouts it’s going to be 15-20 minutes for food and drinks. I can go to a restaurant and get faster service. Absolutely ridiculous. I left because who has that long to wait for a coffee?!?

The barista didn’t call names for my drinks and left them sitting there for 10 mins, so they were cooled off by the time I got them. When I asked about my drinks and she said ‘oh sorry I thought there was more in the order so I left them’, there was no offer to remake. Drinks were meh because they weren’t actually hot.

I really hate going to these places they always seem to screw up my order even though I pronounce it as clear as possible. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if they're just used to people ordering coffee with cream and sugar. But it seems to be impossible to get just a black coffee.

We go here alot. Its gotten hard to find places with good evening hours. Not my fave cup of coffee personally but ya know when the staff greet ya with some humor laughs and a smile. Know ya by name. Think we like the manager. Well done.

It's pretty good and convenient to order online and pick it up. Although they need to serve you when they say hello. I was interrupted by another customer as I was being asked about my order. Which I could see sitting there as I ordered online. I would have taken three seconds to say I'm here for that drink. I was dropped like a hot potato and had to wait another minute or two which is a very long time if you are waiting while they were fixing the order of the customer who interrupted and cut into my order time. Is this typical of Starbucks to allow customers to cut other customers in line?
