I went through the drive thru and order an iced coffee. I paid for it and drove away. I went to take a sip and there was a hole in the lid and it spilled all over my dress that I was wearing to a wedding. Tried to call 10 times and no one answered the phone. Guess they don't know what a phone ring is. Horrible Thanks Starbucks

I am very disappointed on how my order came out just now. I ordered Mango Dragonfruit with less ice , the amount of ice was almost 1/2 size of my order. It doesn’t justify the price I paid.
Today Sept 4 - I specifically said less ice on mu dragonfruit lemonade and still I got a 3/4 full of ice!

Picked up two drinks while travelling through. Staff were rushing me and not friendly (as opposed to many other Starbucks I have visited). This is not the first interaction I have had at this Starbucks and none have been positive. Note to anyone travelling through on their birthday: this Starbucks location refuses to honour your free birthday drink. Seems that the franchise owner made this decision. Absolutely brutal. I called Starbucks to complain and was given this as the reason.

Manager on Duty, Jonas, was absolutely amazing. Yesterday I went to buy a $25 gift card and ended up with a $250 gift card. Today, Jonas went above and beyond and corrected the issue! He really made my day!
I go to Starbucks everyday and order a Vendi iced chai tea latte with oat milk, vanilla cold foam and cinnamon on top. The price is ALWAYS $9 and some change. Today, she passed me a grande today and said $9 whatever. I said that should be a venti. She's like no thats what we charge for a grande. Blah, blah, blah. The manager came over and said they have been charging over $9 for a grande for a long time???? Wtf. I was just in Saskatoon yesterday and a venti was just over $9?! Like do better. Will not go back to that location.

One of the employees was in the washroom so long that myself and another lady had to use the men’s washroom. Both myself and the other lady had used the washroom, ordered drinks, and left before the employee walked out of the bathroom and straight behind the counter while having her phone to her ear. To get to the washroom I had to squeeze past two other employees sitting in front of the washroom entrance loudly gossiping about how they disliked a certain other employee. Very unprofessional.
