I ordered the Iced Dubai Chocolate matcha at the Indigo location. It was very tasty and exceeded my expectations. I wanted my husband to try it so we ordered the same drink at this location. It had less than half the chocolate cold foam and was very sloppily thrown together with extra ice and the matcha was weak, we also went in the evening so it was slow. I find the quality of drinks at the Aurora blv. location to be very hit and miss; usually a miss. We go to Starbucks for a treat, but drive away disappointed. It makes me wonder why I spend extra on drinks at Starbucks rather than going elsewhere.

I was quite disappointed in the quality and speed of services this morning. Staff were so hyper focused on the drive thru, they willing let the indoor line get backed up by four people. The most frustrating piece of that staff recognized the consequences of their actions but kept saying “he’s just in the bathroom, he will come back” each time the line grew by a customer. Your customers ordering inside of the shop deserve the same level of attention and care as drive thru customers. Please do better!

I love this place. The baristas are always really nice to every customer and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I got a wrong drink today and the young lady in charge was really understanding and remade it in no time. She has the most beautiful smile too

I went through the drive thru and order an iced coffee. I paid for it and drove away. I went to take a sip and there was a hole in the lid and it spilled all over my dress that I was wearing to a wedding. Tried to call 10 times and no one answered the phone. Guess they don't know what a phone ring is. Horrible Thanks Starbucks
