Starbucks offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who greet customers with a smile. The drinks are generally delicious, although the hot caramel macchiato recipe might have changed. Despite some drawbacks, including limited seating and congested parking, it remains a great spot to hang out with friends, grab a coffee and snacks, and catch up anytime of the day. The service is usually great, but there have been some recent issues with mobile pickups, missing bakery items, and incorrect drinks. However, the staff has made efforts to address these concerns in the past. The Starbucks app also works well for challenges, although the Canadian locations may not receive the same level of attention from the US headquarters.
