I ordered a Caramel Apple Spice and the barista was completely thrown for a loop over what that was. Then made me a coffee mess (didn't realize what it was till I was at work and couldn't go back). What a waste of money on not at all what I ordered. I thought they at least had a recipe book for things they don't know off the tops of their heads.
Staff is always rude
Coffee is okay but lacks features of a standalone Starbucks.

Consistently slowest service of any coffee shop I go to. Need to remember to go yo one of the other 2 Starbucks on South Albert (Chapters and Save On Foods)
Kind of sucks that they don't always have the same promotions as actual Starbucks.
Don't expect quick service but you avoid the lines of the real Sbux
I always buy my Starbucks at the Safeway location and then walk over to Chapters. I've never seen more than 3 people in line compared to 30+ at the other location.
Great brew everyday without the lineup!
