I was pleasantly greeted by Jasmeen as soon as I entered. The nicest worker I’ve ever met at a restaurant. She welcomed me with a warm smile and did a phenomenal job in taking my order 👌.I had the meatball sandwich and would recommend. This is my new Sub spot!!“

I tried to use a deal from the subway app but there was some problem with the app so the employee didn’t just told me to move away even when she had a line, instead she tried her best to help me use my app. Unfortunately, she was unsuccessful as well but still the service phenomenal. “Have been there before no problem, but today I got 2 subs & they screwed up both ..I wanted a chicken teriyaki & got a toasted chicken sandwich of some kind . The other one was to be a canadian club which should be cold , they put it in the oven & heated it up ...neither were what I ordered but according to the worker they were correct......anything but correct“

“I visited Subway recently and had an excellent experience thanks to Masud, Raj, and Rahat. All three of them were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to prepare my order exactly the way I wanted, and everything was fresh, perfectly made, and delicious.

Their teamwork, positive attitude, and customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to see staff who care this much about making sure every customer leaves satisfied.

“Haven’t really been able to complain about a sub from here. While it’s crazy how expensive subway has gotten, this location has the BOGO50 after 3pm which is about $15 for 2 hams or similar. I usually get a decent amount of meat on them. They’re also pretty well made. Was not a fan of the footlong cookie. Regular ones are great though.“

“Hii, we are respect our customers and there requirements. But please try to show some respect to sandwich artist. This is a busiest location during queencity. If you try to confuse and yell at someone when they are calm and giving their best don’t pull them down.

“One of my most favorite 💚 places to get great subs from. The main person there is always awesome when loading up all the extra toppings for me 😊 . I like my subs to need two hands to eat them, and am not very often disappointed when it comes to that. The meats and toppings are always fresh and well stacked. And for dessert, the cookies 🍪 are my all time favorite 😋“

“One of the best Subway in Regina. I tried all subway in town and rated 1 star to almost all due to poor service and extremely tiny portion of veggies in their subs. But this one stand outs and serves fantastic subs with good amount of veggies. Employees are polite, prepares food wholeheartedly and provides best customer service.“

“We were looking for a slightly healthier lunch over the usual fast food joint. Subway seemed to be a good fit particularly with their new rice bowls. There were four of us and we each ordered the chicken rice bowl but customized with our own vegetables and sauce. I particularly like the chipotle to get a slightly spicier flavour.

Bowls were very good and enough food for a couple of us to save leftovers for later. The only downside was that they didn’t have the jerk chicken (instead they sliced up what looked like a breaded chicken fillet) and they were out of a couple of the new sauces they’ve been advertising. It’s unfortunate they didn’t inform us in advance of the product shortages.

We ate inside the restaurant as they have plenty of table in a comfortable seating area.

“Subway is my best place to visit in every location. Visiting the one on Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan, I had a disappointing experience. The sandwich artists were efficient, but the attendants were unfriendly and seemed put off by my presence. My sandwich was made to my liking, but the unclean restroom facilities (just like every other subway channel) which were messy and poorly maintained, left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, the unfriendly attendants and poor restroom conditions outweighed the decent food, making for an overall unsatisfactory visit.“
