This is the second time we have gotten takeout from this location and have been disappointed. Even though we requested our subs to be toasted and they were put in the oven, our subs were not toasted at all. Also we requested salt and pepper but I don’t know if their ratios are wrong because it was so incredibly salty it was ridiculous. Not sure if the staff just doesn’t care about the quality of the food or the equipment is defective but annoying either way when takeout isn’t cheap these days.

One of the best Subway in Regina. I tried all subway in town and rated 1 star to almost all due to poor service and extremely tiny portion of veggies in their subs. But this one stand outs and serves fantastic subs with good amount of veggies. Employees are polite, prepares food wholeheartedly and provides best customer service.

I recently visited Subway and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and helped me customize my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. The bread was fresh, and the ingredients tasted great. It was quick, satisfying, and exactly what I needed for a casual meal!

Fresh bread? I don't think so. I bought 3 subs Sunday at 10:30am. This is when the bread should be fresh. These sub buns were crusty as they could be. Bordering on hard. Cmon Subway Rochdale owner....don't be cheap okay. Toss the old bread and serve new fresh.

Ok, their ONE worker, was getting slammed so bad with business. He had just served 3 sets of customers with 2 online orders waiting to be made, and served me, while I was eating my food inside, a couple came in, and he said he needed 10 min to finish the online orders and then he could help them and they left, somewhat angry. Their loss, that guy makes great food and I think I saw him 30 subs in 20 minutes by himself, & that's just the time I was there. Does he ever need a raise!! Good quality food!! At somewhat affordable prices, with a great! Super-hardworking employee on Saturday night By himself. Come on subway, head office, get a clue and add another employee on. Yeesh! Anytime is peak time when you're open 24/7.

1 of the best Subway stores, I go out of my way to come here. Employees do a great job but wanna shout out Tirth who is a true sandwich artist haha he made those 2 subs in the picture, absolute perfection. Always a great, friendly attitude even when working by himself with a store full of ppl and the delivery buzzer going non stop. Tip if you can bc they make the subs to your exact specifications right in front of you and have to serve a lot of customers every day. Def a 5 star store!

Another 26 minutes wait! Always 1 person working here! Too busy for 1 person job, you lose more money for long wait than you gain from wage saving. The girl had to make sandwich, taking payment, taking online order, answering phone and baking at the same time! I witnessed two people walked out while waiting.
Pure management issue!

Went to get a sub here on Saturday evening,there was just one guy working and it wasn’t that busy. We stood in queue for 10 mins placed an order from the menu he said okay and as we didn’t had a customised offer we sat aside so the person next in line can order. After waiting for 25 minutes went to the counter again to check only to realise he hasn’t took the order and asked us to wait in the queue again which was now have gotten long. I mean why would you say Yes okay at the first place if you can’t complete an order if the person doesn’t stay in line. He even didn’t ask us to wait in line in order to complete the order. Total disappointment…!!!!

Last night at Subway was great. Tirth and Siddh were very welcoming and friendly. The place was clean, and my sandwich was made just right. It was tasty and hit the spot. I'll definitely be back!

This is the third time that I've gone between 7 and 8 and the place is packed. The issue is that there is only one guy working. Bless his soul, he is working as fast as he can and is serving customers with a smile. Lots of respect for this hard worker. But on the other hand, shame on the managers for leaving this brave man to face these rushes on his own. As I stand in line, I see half of the waiting customers leaving without ordering.

Too much salt in Chicken soup! Teriyaki Children sub was Ok. No changing pad for infant in the washroom & no family washroom.
