WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Tried to use a coupon for two subs. Somehow it came to more then getting two meals and that actually comes with cookies. Then I decide to get a fountain drink for 3.50$ and there was no ice and Pepsi was completely flat. Service was completely horrible, Price was ridiculous and the food was garbage. Good job ?!!! Subway used to be a decent place to eat but now with the people who are buying all of them up, along with alot of other placing are completely ruining them!!Monday,January 15,2024 @03:15

Worst Subway I've been to EVER in my life. Waited 20 minutes to place an order and finally left and went elsewhere. Employees (ONLY 2 working) were too focused on online orders and neglecting in person customers.If a restraunt is to be taking on-line orders and serving in store patrons, there NEEDS to be more than just 2 people working!!!!!

I went to this location on a Sunday around 10:30am. Thinking it wouldn’t be busy there was one guy working and one in line. I had to wait 20-25 mins just to order my sandwich, as the one guy working was making skip-the-dish orders instead of helping customers in the store. Then once he finished with the one guy in line he had to put his bread in the oven and that took another 5 mins. Took me 30 mins just to get my sandwich.

I WAS AT THE SUBWAY AT ROCHDALE CROSSING AT 11:25AM TODAY (SATURDAY MARCH 18). IT WAS VERY VERY BUSY, AND ONLY 1 GUY WORKING. BUT HE REMAINED CALM , WAS SMILING AND FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS AS FAST AS HE COULD. VERY IMPRESSED.?
