Bad customer service by Rudra. I called the person to customize my order as I ordered from skip. There was no option to add note to my order on skip so I asked the person to customize instead of helping me out he spoke with me in a rude way and said he will not do this.

I visited this Subway location and was disappointed with the service. The staff added a very small amount of chicken to my sub, and when I asked for more, they said I’d have to pay extra—even though the initial portion was clearly not enough. I also asked for the sub to be grilled, but it wasn’t done properly. Overall, not a great experience and never going back.

The sandwich was so bad, I felt bad for the vegetables. Imagine being harvested, chopped up, and then treated like this. No flavor, no effort, no soul. It’s like they’re punishing people for being vegetarian. Not perfectly toasted and grilled as well.

We go in to get 3 subs and all 3 workers are working on skipped the dishes order. The guy for skipped the dishes isn’t even waiting for the order. We stand there for seven mins while they continue to make the takeout order. One couldn’t help us in the other two make the skipped the dishes order. Subway is going downhill just like Tim Hortons. Maybe get some better help.
