Location seems to be going down hill or the ownership is struggling. Started skimping on toppings. Ask for spinach and get 5 leaves sort of thing. Follow a recipe and don't put the right amount, not doubling the cheese when it clearly states it already comes with. Leaving trainees to operate the store by themselves. Asked her 3 times if there was double meat on my sub, which i was definitely charged for, and it barely has 1 layer of meat on it. Used to be a great location, but I find myself giving less and less chances here and going to the other locations more often. Previous experience here I actually went to another location as the store was open, but the door was locked and no staff around. Was about 10 min before they came out of the back and who knows how long they had been before hand. I know I wasn't the only one that drove away either as I saw a few people pull up and leave as I was waiting to see if there was even anyone there. Very disappointing.

Really not good staff. At least should talk to customers with respect. There was One girl working in evening on 4-11-24 at 8:30 pm and she was so disrespectful to the customers I left the store without ordering as she was talking rude to me. I even didn’t started ordering yet and she was like fed up from customers and yelling me like I did something wrong to her. Never expected this behaviour from the staff. I used to often come here and there was another working she was very nice but the girl working on the day and time I mentioned was so rude and disrespectful. Will never come here again.

I went there twice and there was one girl in evening time she was so rude to customers. On first day she made my sub so messy everything was out of sub and I asked for extra cheese she was rudely saying that I can’t give you extra cheese in sub unless you pay first. I need to pay for that and I was knowing that it seems so rude and disrespectful. And the second time I went again she was working and was very rude to me saying if you need to get extra cheese like last time pay first. I went out without having the sub it seems so disrespectful. I will never visit there again. So rude staff and making messy subs not even tasty. I recommend everyone you don’t want to get insulted should not visit here because of rude staff.
Over the last year I've experienced excellent service from every employee I've had serve me. Great job to all the staff. Friendly and fast every time. Hopefully their wage reflects them being such great employees!
