I saw the ad of footlong nacho,so I went today to take footlong nacho, then staff started to make that and put so minimal amount of cheese (no cheese as visible in the photo ) and veggies so I told her to add and she was so rude, zero Costumer service and didn't add anything. Very bad experience in this subway.I feel like it wasn’t worth it to eat.
Ridiculous to have to rate a sandwich shop low for a lack of vegetarian options, but here we are. No vegie protein options, and you literally can't order a rice bowl without meat.

Took one of the best craps in there very calming better than Balfour bathrooms cookies are fire and doctor pepper tasted like watered down sparkling water but the service was peak ngl
Bunch of foreigners who don't know how to count money I have no issues with foreigners but when you cannot properly count change take a hike. Never eating here again.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich for online pickup through the Subway app, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. When I opened the sandwich, it was packed with greens but had barely any steak or cheese—completely missing the key ingredients. To confirm, I removed the greens (as shown in the attached photo) and found that the sandwich was practically empty of steak and cheese.
It feels like this was done intentionally because I didn’t leave a tip when placing my online order. Subway is fast food, not a full-service restaurant, and tipping for online orders isn’t something I expect to be a requirement. However, it seems like tipping has become an expectation, and if you don’t, they’ll purposely sabotage your order.
This experience was unacceptable, and if this is how Subway operates, I’ll think twice before ordering again. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for choosing not to tip on fast food.

i called 4 times and no answer. i am ordering online and they had no option for chocolate milk even tho i know they sell it so im just trying to call to see if i can switch out the ice tea i clicked on for chocolate milk. they do not answer the phone at this location apparently

Pathetically bad, when you order a sub in store when you ask for extra you get extra but when ordering online you get enough toppings you can count each one :)
If you hate your minimum wage job that much your do the bare minimum then it’s time to go home or find a better job.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I understand that online delivery services are a big part of the fast food industry these days, however "in person" customers should always be prioritize. I asked for a moment as I was making up my mind about my order, as anybody would... I could hear the online orders coming in by the sec. The employee did not return to me to confirm whether I had made up my mind yet or not and proceeded to lineup all of her printed off orders on the counter, and I am not talking about 1 or 2 but rather 5 or 6. I stood there wondering if she'd ever take a second to acknowledge me again..the only customer present in the room, but to no avail. She just quietly stood there making subs for others. I'm a patient person, but standing there for 5 mins after asking for a few seconds to make up my mind is pushing it... so yeah 1 star ?
