I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location due to poor customer service. The staff member named Nisha was rude and aggressive when I asked a simple question about pricing of non-veg extra stuff
In meal is free or extras charges.
After completing my order, she went back to other staff members and started talking loudly in Hindi, mocking my question and expressing anger in front of customers. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable.
As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and clear communication, especially when asking about food preferences. This kind of attitude is not acceptable in a customer-service environment. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to staff.

Disgusting. I place order online for delivery and put some instructions in order. When I received my order it was disgusting. The veggie delight footlong i could see hardly three slices of tomatoes and other veggies also sauces were so less the whole sub was looking dry and no words to explain. When i called the store and asked for refund the guy works there was so so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Never recommend this place. Cheap place with cheap customer service.

Fairly mid subway. Water cup fee of 25c and the owner seemed that I only wanted water. Most of the tables are usually dirty. Sub not as tasty as Avonhurst location.

A friend and I wanted to take a third friend for a sandwich. We had a coupon for buy 2 sandwiches get 1 free. The plan was we were going to each by our own and give her the free one. The jerk at the register told us we’re not allowed to split the price between two people. He said it has to all be paid in one transaction. I told him it doesn’t say that on the coupon. He continued arguing and told me they don’t have to print every rule on the coupon. I was livid. I paid for the sandwiches and I’m never going back.

Dude making my sub was rude. I ordered a veggie sub. He was very stingy with the veggies. Asked, politely, for lots of spinach, cukes, pickles etc. He would put the minimal amount and I had to ask for, more please, up to 4 times on some of them.
I was frustrated but tried to be friendly. He was not polite or friendly. Kinda gave me the stink eye the whole time.
I still said thank you even though he was rude, the spinach looked nasty, all the tomatoes looked opaque, like they were previously frozen or really old. The tomatoes he gave me looked like the ends, the ones that go in the garbage.
When I was leaving, a car alarm in the parking lot directly in front of door was going off. It continued to go off until the cashier of the store came out to turn it off. Probably for 5 mins. The parking is for customers, no?
Poor service, low quality veggies, rude worker. I won't be returning to this location.

So i ordered for pickup 2 footlong last week on the app and when i open the SUB there were way less veggies and meat but i didn't complain and thought might be one of those days. So today i ordered again same order with everything selected more for option in the app but when i went and picked up my order it was way less veggies and meat. you can literally taste more bread than the veggies and meat. If you do not like people ordering form app then just don't participate in promotions or deals rather than ripping off your customer.
Worst customer service, was not listening what we were asking to put in the sandwich, rude while taking the payment, made face when we told that we are eating in the restaurant and it was just evening around 6:00PM

I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The cashier was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that should not be reflected in the way customers are treated. Their attitude not only made me lose my appetite but also added to my frustration, making the experience worse than I expected. Unfortunately, this will be my last time shopping at this location.
