This place is slow and they always close at least a half hour early. Sometimes it’s 15 minutes sometimes it’s 45. Very unreliable when you’re trying to grab something to eat for a late studying session.UPDATE:Came back later the same week and they refused me service at 5:05, 55 minutes before they “close” at 6 pm. Lady working was very rude about it and provided no information as to why they were closing 55 minutes early.

I was half an hour before closing time. The employee was too rude and was rushing too much. Asked for a wrap and she started adding veggies and it was not a proper way. It looked like she was throwing thé veggies in wrap

By far the worst restaurant in the university. Between wrong orders, employees who seem completely out of it, and atrociously highly prices, I would not advice eating here. Avoid and go to Tim’s or the restaurant at campion

disgusted with this Subway!!!Had cardboard in inside their chili when confronted they tried to pass it off as meat or beans they did not refund or compensate nor apologize... Instead their staff member ripped it up throw it in the garbage and serve the next!!! location should be having the health inspectors go through it and shut it down ?

After a few bad experiences in a row I decided to give this location one more chance. I am very disappointed in the service, it's been on a rapid decline for a while. The main person taking sandwich orders was quite rude to everyone (rolling eyes, sighing, agitated). As well as rude service, she tossed cheese that had previously been on a chicken sandwich back into the cheese container. This was not only rude and inconsiderate to those who cannot eat/do not like chicken but also it is a health concern that ingredients are being contaminated in plain sight.
Today I got food poisoned from a sandwich. Not impressed.

Hire people who actually know how to make sandwiches. Every time I go here the sandwich bread is either crushed or drowned in sauce wine I ask only for a little.
