I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway due to serious food safety concerns. There was a lot of cross-contamination, with sauces getting into foods they didn’t belong in. On top of that, staff were touching money and the cash register and then handling food without changing gloves or washing their hands. It was uncomfortable to watch and made me question the cleanliness of the entire operation. This location really needs a health inspector to come in and address these issues, because proper hygiene and food safety standards clearly aren’t being followed.

This Subway location is amazing! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly cares about good service. Everything was fresh, clean, and made just right. Easily one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had!

We had subway cater my son’s hockey team for an over night bus trip. It was a large order and was great. The food was perfectly to order, large portions, and ready at time of pickup. Having the subs for the team and parents for the bus trip was such a lifesaver, the boys were happy and fed!!!

Ordered a blt, she wouldn't add extra lettuce. The tomatoes were soggy and she heated the bacon and cheese on the bun so hot that my son couldn't even pick it up , bun was flat and mush. Put 3 baby cucumbers in the middle and paid 9 bucks for this. WILL NEVER BE BACK WORST SIBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TO

Hii, we are respect our customers and there requirements. But please try to show some respect to sandwich artist. This is a busiest location during queencity. If you try to confuse and yell at someone when they are calm and giving their best don’t pull them down.

We know how to make sandwiches that why we are working here. You just keep asking to overload your sandwich with each and every veggie all dressing will spill out.

The number of ingredients they add to a sub is so pitiful. Might aswell eat a lettuce sandwich. Loser

Double checked hours to make sure they were open before heading there for day programs. Full rinks and full soccer venue but it was closed. I don’t mind if you are closed, but please update the hours to reflect this as you Friday for weekend.

I’ve gone to get a sub two times in the last week and both times the lettuce is spoiled, brown and slimey looking. I asked if there was fresh lettuce as what they had there was spoiled and they just took it away and I had no option for fresh lettuce. It’s not acceptable to serve food that is spoiled.

Checked the hours before I left, and they said open until 7. But they are closed, even though this says the hours were checked 1 week ago.
