Iām not one to leave bad reviews, but I was a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered through Skip the Dishes and because there was no option for salami, I chose ham and added a note saying āsubstitute salami pleaseā. When it arrived, there was ham instead of salami on the sub and the note shown in the photo. I gave them a call to ask about it and she first told me there was an option on the Subway website after I told her I ordered over Skip. Then when I tried to explain I wanted salami INSTEAD of ham, she told me āthatās not [her] bad because those werenāt good instructions.ā I just felt it was a bit rude and disappointing because I didnāt get what I was wanting.

This was my first time at this location. I was pleasantly greeted by Jasmeen as soon as I entered. The nicest worker Iāve ever met at a restaurant. She welcomed me with a warm smile and did a phenomenal job in taking my order š.I had the meatball sandwich and would recommend. This is my new Sub spot!!
