I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I was a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered through Skip the Dishes and because there was no option for salami, I chose ham and added a note saying “substitute salami please”. When it arrived, there was ham instead of salami on the sub and the note shown in the photo. I gave them a call to ask about it and she first told me there was an option on the Subway website after I told her I ordered over Skip. Then when I tried to explain I wanted salami INSTEAD of ham, she told me “that’s not [her] bad because those weren’t good instructions.” I just felt it was a bit rude and disappointing because I didn’t get what I was wanting.

The food is always fantastic but if you screw up cutting bread, please don’t serve this to a customer. Just get them a new piece of bread. Also asking for tips at fast food should be banned.

Whatever your previous plans for lunch were, cancel them and go here. I've hit up a lot of Subway restaurants over the years, but this one outshines them all. This location should hold classes to teach other locations classes on "How to be a friendly staff". Oh, and shout out to Shivangi. She made my sub today. I asked for "lots of pickles", and she delivered. Most places put on three or four extra slices when you ask, but Shivangi made me a pickle sandwich with BMT accessories. Top Shelf, and the reason I go out of my way to visit this location.
