Very disappointing experience. We ordered two footlong subs and selected Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, as shown in our order screenshot, but received plain bread instead. Both subs had barely any sauce, making them taste mostly like lettuce.

When we called the store to address the issue, the staff member we spoke with was rude and dismissive, and unwilling to acknowledge the concern. When asked for their name, we were told it could not be provided, which was unprofessional.

We paid $32 and ended up ordering food from another place due to the poor quality and service. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The staff is very rude and not make our order properly even though we pay for the extra toppings. They also don’t wear their uniforms and ask us to pay again for the extra toppings. Our subs were not properly made. The employee came after we reached and while giving our order there and one lady was making our order but the new guy enter and behave rudely with us. We are the regular customer of subway and we haven’t experienced this type of customer service in the past.

Very little in the sub.

OK quality food, but whenever asked for grilling the sub, the answer remains the same as the grill is closed.

The time when a scoop of meat is to be added, the scoop is never full.

Not sure why this happens, but I believe the manager should keep a check on this because at some point, you might start losing customers.

On a positive note, Friendly staff & Good behaviour.

Been over a year since I went to subway. Found them way over priced for what you get. But with their $10 deal on, I thought why not. Still not worth $10. Flatbread a little old, not enough Toppings. Tasty enough, just not worth it.

I ordered my subs in the app for a pickup that was 4 hours later. I was in and out in less than a minute. I asked for more black olives on my veggie patty sub, but there were barely any on it.

They are soo bad in services the tables weren't even clean and we used two extra chairs and when leaving the worker told us to arrange the chairs and told its not my work its yours work.

Always a great experience at Subway! The ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches are made exactly the way I like, and the staff is friendly and efficient.
