I recently placed a mobile order at the Subway located at 4211 Albert Street South for a footlong sandwich. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the service. The staff demonstrated poor communication and did not provide a paper bag with my mobile order, which has happened on multiple occasions. Additionally, my sandwich was missing four of the sauces that I had requested.

15 dollars for a no combo footlong with nothing added is ridiculous. Will not return

Since when does a sub sandwich cost 14 for a foot long and it was 10 a year, I haven't been in a year and doubt I'll ever be back. Produce didn't go up that much to warranty 30% increase and to top it all it was not all that good. I can make a better sandwich then that for 4-5 dollars, terrible gouging going on! Funny also stickers all over the glass so you can't get a good look at the produce, shifty!

Veggies are missing i ordered #22 The Big Veggie and i got only red onions and lettuce all other ingredients like tomato banna papper cucumber crispy onions that top up cheese and many more are missing i ordered first time from subway and it is quiet bad experience

She’s really grumpy and hostile. She threw a quater at a kid because he was taking too long to pay. Some ones crumb fell on the ground and now she’s threatening to call the cops. She also followed kids into the bathroom because they had outside food. Too many pickles on the sub and Taylen says her dr.pepper was flat.

Hello Franchise Owner,
It is the worst subway franchise including the harbour landing one.
Both franchises provide low quality of food and in terms of veggies you need to beg them to put more. I don't think this is what a customer expects after paying so and so amount of money.
There is a lack of training among staff, they should be provided with the knowledge of customers importance in a business just by buying a franchise doesn't end your job. Teach them how to make sub, good manners, greeting customer, and not to have personal conversation while serving customers. It looks like customers are bothering them in their conversation and customers felt ignored!
A note to Subway franchise givers to take a look into these kind of matters as customer is the main base for any business to operate.

This Subway and harbour landing subway absolutely ridiculous
Quantity of veggies is too less and not sure how they are charging customers ordered veggie sub and they charged extra for veggie patty!
Quality of meat is poor as well and staff not changing golves while handling meet and vegetarian food
Same thing goes to the subway in Harbour landing!
Subway should conduct an surprise audit to see the standards these franchise owners are following!

Looking to be treated poorly and have them hardly speak or listen then look no further. There are other subways close by miss this one for sure

Subway Franchisor doesn’t care about how mediocre their franchisee’s have become. Especially this location is worst of all. Not a single employee seems to care about the customers order, hygiene, food handling and cross contamination between meat, cheese and veggies. No doubt Subway isn’t making money cuz it’s busy franchising to unqualified individuals who can’t even communicate let alone the chivalry of addressing the customer in front of them while waiting over 5 minutes to start the order. Their door doesn’t even open well for wheelchair accessibility. The door opens about 50% of its usual movement making it difficult to even enter the store. I guess that should be your sign to NOT VISIT this location and save your hard earned money. I took some time to review other reviews for this location and to my surprise, the owner or managers don’t care to reply or address any concerns or complaints. You’re welcome.

Not worth stopping in. There was 4 of us customers and very poor service told us we couldn't pick our own meat without paying more. Very skimpy on toppings. The subway corporation should look into this location its setting a bad reputation for subway.

The food and the service were perfect.
My sub was made prefect as well
But the visit was worst because i was not able to use coupons.
What is the meaning of getting the coupons if im not able to use them.
I’m currently a student and after going to college and have a shift, I’m hungry and its still difficult to afford a footlong subway. Here, we get coupons at our mailbox and sometimes we try to use it and the guy says scanner is not working!!
This subway is worst of all.
If your scanner is not working then why are you distributing the coupons.
At least on the other subways, they help customer with something, but here its just a big NO!

Came in to order a sub. I had to wait while the staff finished their conversation. I gave my order and without much acknowledgement, they continued their conversation in another language to each other stopping occassionally to say "next". I found it quite rude. They made me feel like I was interrupting and a bother. I definitely will not return to this branch.
