Been over a year since I went to subway. Found them way over priced for what you get. But with their $10 deal on, I thought why not. Still not worth $10. Flatbread a little old, not enough Toppings. Tasty enough, just not worth it.

I ordered my subs in the app for a pickup that was 4 hours later. I was in and out in less than a minute. I asked for more black olives on my veggie patty sub, but there were barely any on it.

Ordered ahead and food was ready when I got there. Friendly staff and typical Subway food.
They are soo bad in services the tables weren't even clean and we used two extra chairs and when leaving the worker told us to arrange the chairs and told its not my work its yours work.

Always a great experience at Subway! The ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches are made exactly the way I like, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate the variety of options, from healthy choices to indulgent subs. The store is clean, and service is usually quick, even during busy hours. A reliable spot for a tasty and customizable meal!

I’ve never been this disappointed with a Subway visit before. The guy working the night shift at this location is extremely rude and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. First off, I asked for my wrap to be grilled — something I get done at pretty much every other Subway across Canada — and he flat out refused. He told me Subway has “stopped” offering the grilling service. Seriously? That’s absolute nonsense. I literally just had a grilled wrap at another Subway a few days ago. I even pointed out the working griller right in front of him, and instead of doing his job, he started arguing with me. He claimed the “owner” told him not to grill anything. If that's true, then what kind of owner runs a food business by making up fake rules and removing basic services?
To make it worse, this guy wasn’t just rude to me — he was being nasty with other customers too. A delivery driver politely asked to use the washroom. The men’s washroom was locked, and instead of helping, the staff told him to use the women’s and added something absolutely disgusting: “You won’t be a woman if you go inside, and no one will do surgery on you.” How the hell do you say something like that to someone? That’s not just rude — it’s offensive, disrespectful, and straight-up ignorant.
This kind of behavior is shameful. Subway should seriously look into who they’re hiring and what kind of customer service standards they’re setting. And if the owner truly supports this kind of nonsense, they’ve got no business running a franchise like this.

Worst Subway ever and their staffs are trained in such way that they dont even add more veggies even being told and during online orders I rarely find some sauces added on subs!!!!
somethings changed with subway, but especially this location when I got my food it seem to be barley toasted, and it look unhealthy and not fresh, not how I remembered it. The guy serving me was really nice and helpful.

I ordered 6 foot long sub from application also I mentioned that ‘’all sources more’’ although whenever I have sub it was like dry there were no more sources,i paid around 60dollars for dry breads?? I requested to subway to look into this.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member working was extremely rude and unprofessional.
First, the sub I ordered was poorly made—it was basically just lettuce and sauce. When I asked him to add more veggies, he flat-out said no and only added lettuce and a veggie patty. I also asked for the sub to be grilled, and while he said yes, he didn’t actually grill it.
Overall, I’d rate my experience 0 out of 10. The customer service seriously needs improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training staff to provide better service.
