Got gluten free which i know is pre packaged and had no reactions for me at all staff was polite as well

I’ve never been this disappointed with a Subway visit before. The guy working the night shift at this location is extremely rude and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. First off, I asked for my wrap to be grilled — something I get done at pretty much every other Subway across Canada — and he flat out refused. He told me Subway has “stopped” offering the grilling service. Seriously? That’s absolute nonsense. I literally just had a grilled wrap at another Subway a few days ago. I even pointed out the working griller right in front of him, and instead of doing his job, he started arguing with me. He claimed the “owner” told him not to grill anything. If that's true, then what kind of owner runs a food business by making up fake rules and removing basic services?

To make it worse, this guy wasn’t just rude to me — he was being nasty with other customers too. A delivery driver politely asked to use the washroom. The men’s washroom was locked, and instead of helping, the staff told him to use the women’s and added something absolutely disgusting: “You won’t be a woman if you go inside, and no one will do surgery on you.” How the hell do you say something like that to someone? That’s not just rude — it’s offensive, disrespectful, and straight-up ignorant.

This kind of behavior is shameful. Subway should seriously look into who they’re hiring and what kind of customer service standards they’re setting. And if the owner truly supports this kind of nonsense, they’ve got no business running a franchise like this.

Worst Subway ever and their staffs are trained in such way that they dont even add more veggies even being told and during online orders I rarely find some sauces added on subs!!!!

somethings changed with subway, but especially this location when I got my food it seem to be barley toasted, and it look unhealthy and not fresh, not how I remembered it. The guy serving me was really nice and helpful.

I ordered 6 foot long sub from application also I mentioned that ‘’all sources more’’ although whenever I have sub it was like dry there were no more sources,i paid around 60dollars for dry breads?? I requested to subway to look into this.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member working was extremely rude and unprofessional.

First, the sub I ordered was poorly made—it was basically just lettuce and sauce. When I asked him to add more veggies, he flat-out said no and only added lettuce and a veggie patty. I also asked for the sub to be grilled, and while he said yes, he didn’t actually grill it.

Overall, I’d rate my experience 0 out of 10. The customer service seriously needs improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training staff to provide better service.

I stopped by this Subway location around midnight and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The employee on duty was unprofessional and inattentive, and the store was in complete disarray. It was obvious that cleanliness and food preparation weren’t priorities. My sandwich was carelessly thrown together, and the ingredients looked like they had been sitting out for hours.

What stood out the most was the employee’s attitude. He seemed irritated that I was even there and barely acknowledged me. When I requested a simple customization, he rolled his eyes and responded with clear annoyance, making me feel like a burden rather than a customer. It was clear he had no interest in providing quality service.

To make matters worse, the store was dimly lit and had an unwelcoming atmosphere, making the entire experience even more unpleasant. I typically enjoy Subway, but this visit left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hopefully, management takes action to improve both the service and overall environment.

Wow. This has GOT to be the worst Subway. You walk jn and it seems like it's 3 closed down businesses in one. Noone greets you, the one who finally asked what I wanted was also on her phone. I asked for a foot long BLT on white. She said no white. I said ok, what's my options she said the rest? What does that mean. Then she put the bacon in , and a guy took over. I looked and realized my bacon was RAW!! I said is that raw? He said it's been toasted. I said it's raw would you eat that, he literally asked me what to do. I said cook it. I should have just walked out. Then he took it off re cooked and poured all the grease from the parchment paper in my sub. Mortified but I'm not the person to walk out, ended uo eating less than half being exteaamly upset. But you know why I didn't go back? Because they WOULDNT CARE! SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY IF YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We just went to the store to get two foot long subway and since it’s close to midnight I don’t except customer service from the employees but I do except decency. There were two guys working and one of them seemed to be new which totally okay but the other guy seemed mad for some reason and didn’t wanna be there. You could tell that from his face. We are paying for vegetables to be on the sub and you put what 4 pieces of veggies. Both the non veg and veg subs were cut with the same knife. At the time of payment, my friend was paying beside me and I was handed one the subs and I held out my hand to get the other one and did not pass that to me for some reason maybe due to some reason not sure what but since this is the store open overnight, I don’t think anything’s going to be done about this lol.

Worst experience. The food quality is so bad the vegges are so old and the bread it feels like expired already. Won’t ever buy food from here again.

Me and my friend had a very bad experience at this subway location . My friend ask for a empty cup , also he was willing to pay for the empty cup the staff member refused and was not in any mood to help us or serve us. They were three guys working only one guy from them was rude. He said you have to pay 2.25 $ for a cup with a drink. Also the guy did not pack one of our footlong properly . That kind of rude behaviour is unacceptable, management should take a note of this .

This was the worst experience in subway. I ordered the grilled sub but they didn’t even grilled it and the employees were very rude and they didn’t even let us know that there was no veg patties and when I said to pay extra for patties they said once the order is given there can be no changes and I paid extra for all the sauces but they only put little bit sauce in all of my subs.
