Don't go to Subway south albert. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a lady named Shivani. I asked for help with my app because it said I couldn't order online. She told me it was my phone and then said "you should have mentioned this before we made your sub" I apologized and asked how they could help me and she replied "by not making your sub. We are not here to entertain you, goodbye!" I asked to speak to the manager and for her first name. Three staff working and they all refused. After 10 minutes one of them called the manager and he offered me a discount. I paid with my phone then the same staff yelled "you took my picture you can't take my picture!!!" I told her I didn't and she grabbed my sub away from me after I paid and said I had to show her my phone. I told her I didn't have to show her my phone and that it was private and she refused to give me my food. I showed her coworker my camera roll and she apologized on her behalf and gave me my sub. The staff Shivani was still being rude towards me so I pulled out my phone and THEN I took a picture of her. Here she is!!!!!!

Listen its subway so it gets 2 stars on a subway scale, if an Italian delli served this it wouldn't even be 1 star it would be a conversation with the owner. It's only getting 2 because they've made me good sandwiches before but tonight was a different story. I make no apology as I've worked in a subway and an A&W most food chains have policies about not speaking other languages in front of customers. Also who the hell calls white bread Italian. I go for a pretty basic sandwich on Italian herb and cheese I get stale white bread. It's hit or miss eat at your own risk

The workers are super cheap with the toppings. I asked for extra pickle and put 4 slivers on and told me that was enough. Very little topping on the sandwich therefore not worth the price.not good service

They have cut back on everything, you get a chicken rotisserie sub and the sloop is tiny and suck little bit on chicken the ends of the subs have nothing.... And even lettuce, cheap, when I ask for lots of lettuce, she will look at me and the put a little sprinkle extra of lettuce!!!! I even told her that if she needs I will pay for lots lots of lettuce!!! And said no...... and she still didn't add more. My son loves marinara sauce on his spicy Italian double meat sub, yes I pay for the extra meat. He doesn't like sauces, so all he wants is marinara sauce and salt and pepper. LThere's lots of little things that I'm so tired of the rudeness and feeling very Unwelcome!!!That's why I decided to comment.

So I went there to get a sub and I had a deal for Buying any 2 footlong subs for $17.99 (In the app it said build your own or get any classic subs) but I went in there and they said build your own sub and classic sub is same . They gave the same deal to guy ahead of me. I was very disappointed and I hope management does something about it. I ended up paying $30 for a $15 deal.

I went there to get a deal through my subway app but they refused selling me it to me saying that It is not right. The worker there was very aggressive. My subway app said Get any 2 build your own or any classic subs for $17.99 but they said that I can’t get any classic suba because build your own and classic subs are the same things but actually they are not I ended up paying $35. Bvery poor customer service they were not able to explain the deal. I wish the Subway Management should look over this and I should get my refund.!

I frequent subways across the country and noticed that this location is more expensive than many others. Subway franchisees are allowed to change their pricing. This one has increased it.

I have visited this subway today with really bad experience. I have seen online offer for getting footling and second footling with 50% off. I asked staff there and I have shown them the same offer and the lady mentioned that our owner has not allow us to give this offer. I don’t understand if you are offering this in online app and you are not giving this offer to the customers. I really very disappointed with this experience. I will never go there again. I will recommend others not to go there.

Well, they were open late. That’s the only good thing I can say. I drive across the city because I wanted a sandwich. The washrooms had chairs stacked in front, they couldn’t toast my sub for 20 minutes, so instead I got a microwave (soggy) sub. I peed my pants waiting for the sub to be wrapped,, and then finally I was able to pay.Worst Subway experience of my life! I made it clear that I was disappointed and the three employees (that couldn’t manage to make a proper sub between them) didn’t seem to care at all. What an awful place. Maybe try closing at night so you can get good employees to work when you’re open. NEVER going back there!

I was happy to find something open past 10pm. A&W is open 24 hours but they weren't answering...They lack customer service, big time:Like any Subway, they have an "order here" sign and we were standing there. Two different parties came in after us...they stood far, close to the door, looking at the menu. One staff member was tending to in-store orders and another was tending to Skip orders. The guy working from the tablet could have said "someone will be without with you" but did not. No hi, nothing. So we waited for the other staff member to finish with the customer infront of us to then serve us but no...he looked at the other guy who was standing in the middle of the store, calling him up to take his order!I was shocked at the disregard for customers waiting to order under the "order here" sign...why the staff member ignored us, I can only speculate. I spoke up for myself though, and made note that we were waiting first and also by the sign...the Sandwich artist then helped us first. The other guy would not move to the place he should have lined up at, but I was glad the staff member corrected his error.Food was mediocre. It's been a while since I've been to Subway. It was okay considering it was the only option at 10:30pm...maybe that's why it didn't seem as fresh...I would go back in a pinch...convenient hours... HOWEVER staff need to improve upon their customer service skills. Customer service makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE. The food can be poor but if the interaction was pleasant, that's all the matters.Thank you!Vegetarian options: Subway has since revamped their menu with some actual recipes for different Veggie subs...over and above the Veggie Delight (my fave).Kid-friendliness: Food options/sizes for kids! Cookies, etc.Parking: Small lot. Plenty of parking but you may end up parking a little bit away from the store. There is parking right infront of the store but it's a popular place, seeing as it's open until 2am!Dietary restrictions: Subway now has stickers on their sandwich station to inform the customers what ingredients are in certain sauces (sauces with known and severe allergens). They identified sauces with nuts, wheat, etc.
