Went in tonight to order 3 subs, no one else was in the store and the employee was sweeping and cleaning as we walked in. After being greeted and telling her the first sub I would like to order, the employee begins to make an online order instead. Does customer service no longer exist? Why is an in store, paying customer ignored in favour of an online order? If this online order was so important, why was the store being swept instead of the order being made? Horrible customer service.

Super clean and I loved the service. I tried to use a deal from the subway app but there was some problem with the app so the employee didn’t just told me to move away even when she had a line, instead she tried her best to help me use my app. Unfortunately, she was unsuccessful as well but still the service phenomenal. Definitely will visit again.
