Why does only one worker make me coffee and the rest say that there is none? There are almost no clients here ever and they are too lazy to make me coffee!

the workers always look so irritated and annoyed as if they’re being forced to do what they’re being PAID to do. The guy is atleast a little better but the girl, Yidhi I believe acts so rude and she’s extremely careless. You have to tell her fifteen times what you want and she still manages not to hear, she’s always distracted. I said green peppers seven times and she still added cucumbers. Her attitude towards customers in general is awful. If you don’t want to be here, quit. Or simply do your job.

I asked for a turkey sandwich. But before I ordered I said do you have cranberries? The lady said yes. Perfect ordered it with mayo and near the end I did not see any cranberries. I asked the lady..she pointed to olives????
So maybe hire someone that knows what cranberries are.
So I was most dissatisfied. I asked prior to ordering, she said yes to cranberries.
It was a dull sandwich.
Maybe have cranberries for those that like cranberries and mayo in their turkey sub😋
If there's rush in the store, the crew starts to force the customers to hurry up while he's making your subway sandwich they force you to hurry up and get out of the store. that's not appropriate, if you are short of staff get your staff right.

Wow, what an exceptional experience at Subway Eastgate Regina! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my Teriyaki sandwich was perfect. The restaurant was spotless and well-organized, and the service was lightning-fast despite a busy lunch rush. Stopped by for lunch and it was the best decision I had. Food was hot and fresh, store is clean and tidy, and my Sandwich was super good with white bread ham, white cheese and cucumbers. I also got the new footlong cookie and jumbo size pretzel. I would definitely recommend coming to this location again.

Mohammad was the only guy working, and the line was 12 people deep.The man was busting his butt off to get everyone taken care of.This is now the only Subway I'll go to because of Mohammad.Thank you, Mohammad.

This will be my last sub at subway because they discontinued mustard for their subs. They told me they have packets but I was like if I want to make my own sub, I will do that. As well I asked for a turkey and ham sub and they gave me just turkey. I hope it is true about Jersey mikes and jimmy johns coming to canada, because I know where my business going to.
