Place is filthy. Bathrooms are never working. Second time here in 2 years and its the same both times. Product is good but store itself is gross

Disappointed. Slowly decreasing in quality. Went in this week and it looked like no one cleaned in a while. Take home ice cream was so bad it must have sat in the freezer for a while. The machine ice cream melted immediately.
Variety choices are excellent, however the bathrooms especially the door are absolutely disgusting and the floors throughout need a major sweep
I brought my visiting family to Swirl World for a dessert treat tonight. We were all impressed by the variety of flavour and toppings options, especially the chocolate covered Swirlberries and two different cookie dough options! My little boy loved all the bright and colourful displays! Part of the seating area looks like there may be an option to book for a private event space, I'll have to look into this for future birthday parties.
Just like menchies!!! Super expensive unless you go Tuesday for there special deal.

Frequent this location. They have a great selection and lots of different toppings! Just keep in mind you pay by weight! ?
This is some pretty good icecream, I would highly recommend, one of the best ice creams I've ever had.Me and my brother would frequently buy our selves some ice cream and we never get bored of it.
The place was very good and had many items like cards to play, many other games to play to spend your time with your friends. And variety of toppings to choose from for your swirls. A must visit place for ice cream lovers.
Just like Menchie's! But we loved the dipped strawberry options and was impressed with the selection of everything! Was bright and clean
