My spouse and I went for lunch on Friday, just before it got busy. There was only a skip driver there. One lady stared at us and then her manager came over and asked what I’d like, she then said “oh you guys are ready to order?” Like what do you think we’re standing here for? 3 different people ended up taking our order. The total for 2 combos came to $39.03. I was so disappointed with how expensive it was! And the food was mediocre at best. My advice is save your money for A&W or go home and make your own food. I will never eat at Taco Time again.

On March 21st 2025, I went through the drive through at Taco Time Rochdale. I have had the privilege to be served by Preeti on numerous occasions. Preeti always has a very pleasant and friendly demeanour with a pleasant smile. As a customer she makes me feel appreciated, warm and welcomed. She ensures that all my questions are answered and her service is exceptional. It is a pleasure to be served by Preeti.

After an actual 14 minute wait in drive thru with only one other car in front of us, we recieved a less than full order! When asked where the rest of the order was they then started speaking in thier own language and threw the rest of our order inside a bag and walked away! The store was not occupied inside by other customers yet it was filthy inside.
