This place has really deteriorated. I live out of town and visited the mall today—early, right when it opened—for the first time in years. The parkade stairs reeked of strong urine, and homeless people were lingering in the parkade. I planned to grab a bite before shopping, but when I went to wash my hands, the bathroom also smelled of piss, despite being open for only 15 minutes. It killed my appetite and any desire to shop.
