Would give it negative stars if I could. Lady washing the walls, standing on the counter in sock feet.. touching money, then making food without washing their hands, and microwaving burritos instead of using a flat top to warm the tortillas, making them wet & nasty. Definitely do yourself a favor and go to another tacotime. Took it back to the counter, and she refused to refund. Waste of $15, When it ended up in the trash.

I went to just get a bottle of soda, which I have done multiple times. Its not even about the price, its about the principle. And when I went to pay I noticed that the price of the soda had gone up, I didn't question it then as I had to get back to work but I did ask for the receipt, which the manager was surprised to hear. I looked once I was back at work and saw that the price of their soda had not changed, but instead he had pre-entered a tip amount. Now I usually tip food workers when I get food, but I don't when I only get a bottled soda. I have never had someone just blatantly do that. The option to tip still came up on their monaris machine and I looked at the total on the till screen, which said the higher amount, so no I didn't "accidentally" tip. So not impressed with that. Imagine how many other people they are essentially scamming.

Soggy vegetables really ruin my burritos, I go to the mall alot and whenever I get taco time from this location I feel like it's always lacking in some way either soggy produce or sloppy presentation or just not good in general. If you really want tacotime drive to harbor landing

Fast and friendly service great prices and very nice staff.
Poor cutomer service.Got my order wrong. Proceeded to tell me it was my fault after I corrected him twice while ordering. Told him to keep what I didn't order and he refused. Then I let him know i over payed can you give me a a taco for the difference. Refused again.

Wanted to order coffee and food. The staff shook the pot, said there was no coffee and told me to go to Orange Julius! So didn't get anything from there ...
