I goto Thai express regularly and always get a pad thai medium spice. Today I did the same and it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. And I like spice... I dont usually visit this location and I assumed they would all be the same. Definitely not.

Surpise!!!!! Ordered food for a gluten allergy and they did not prepare safely and included items containing gluten right in the dish.

Terrible food!! Pad Thai was way out of the traditional recipe. It was noodles sunk in a lot of sauce and meat. Missed the authentic crunch of the traditional recipe! Chicken wings (costs at $6 for three) were smaller than KFC’s chicken pop corn and when asked about it they said “this is franchise”! I was like - so franchise can literally sell ANYTHING at ANY price and don’t care about customers! Strange!! Not gonna visit ever!!

We ordered Holy Basil which is one of the food im looking forward to eat since its one of my favourite meals whenever i visit a Thai resto. When it was given, i knew just by looking at it that the taste will be different. Its a plate full of onions and small pieces of chicken and maximum 6 leaves of basil. Wow! Its waaayy too far from what the chicken basil should taste like. So dissapointed.

Service is fast and the food is very good!

We stop bybat this restaurant for dinner with my wife the food was deliviuos specially thier sweet and sour chicken. The place is very clean and cozy..

Good takeout place for us. Just find it bit expensive.

Ordered the chicken and veg with peanut sauce. 5 pieces of chicken, a couple onion slices and green pepper slices - maybe 3 of each and then very dry rice. No sauce, no veg? Horrible experience. Go somewhere else, not worth it.
