The donuts were ok. I found the service to be not great. Wasn’t spoken to. A first time visit sometimes talking to your customers is a good idea. I didn’t know where to stand or how it worked. Seemed more concerned about their personal convos than actually helping me.

I was here at 12pm and waited 20 mins, there was only two kinds of donuts left.
The food and drinks are delicious but the customer service by some of the crew at the Hamilton location is terrible

This is the type of business that is better than they promote themselves to be. Using organic local flour, beef tallow and better ingredients for everything to produce an outstanding product! The flavours and textures are always there and so satisfying.
