This was our first time dining at this restaurant. My family were on vacation and we choose this location because it was convenient. The restaurant wasn't very busy so we had a chance to visit.
Our server was very attentive. We ordered the deep fried pickles and spinach dip for appetizer, they were good. Our main courses were burgers and fries , taco salad and wings. We enjoyed our meals.
I would visit Flats again.

We couldn't have hoped for better food and service in Regina. Lei welcomed us with exceptional Filipino hospitality, making us feel like part of her extended family. Thank you, Lei, for your outstanding service, and thank you, Flats Regina, for the delicious food!

My mom and I have been here a few times, we love the food, I always recommend this place to others, unfortunately we’ve had the server I think her name is Lei, a couple times. She is a horrible server. Extremely lazy, never checks on us to see how the quality of the food is, never comes by checking to see if we need refills, we always have to ask. Makes the experience un enjoyable.

It's been awhile since I was satisfied with food and service. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The server was friendly and food was fresh. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my friends and family.

Got inside, there was the sign of wait to be seated, 3 waitresses were standing around and saw us but didnt come get us. After what seemed like 20 mins or so, one came over when we were about to walk out.. We mentioned we were leaving and she said have a nice day.

My quickest “Not ever going back there” again

I visited this restaurant on the evening of July 10, 2025, around 8:35 PM with my husband and sister. Upon arrival, we noticed a sign that read “Please wait to be seated,” so we waited at the entrance. The restaurant was far from busy—there were only about four other patrons inside.

Three female staff members were near the bar: one was wiping it down, while the other two—both wearing glasses, one with black hair and the other blond, both with fringes—were sitting and chatting. I made eye contact with them several times, but none acknowledged us or came over. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I gave a polite wave to indicate we were still waiting to be seated. They continued their conversation, and about two minutes later, the blond staff member with glasses finally approached us. She didn’t greet us or respond to our greeting—she simply said “follow me” in a flat tone.

There was no apology or even a hint of acknowledgment for the long wait, so I said, “Wow, we’ve been waiting a while.” She just stared at me silently. I then said, “Thanks, but we’ll take our leave,” to which she replied, “Of course, sure… good day,” returned the menu she had picked up, and walked away without further comment.

I’ve been to this location once before and had a decent experience. While service was a bit slow, the staff were at least friendly and responsive. This time, however, the dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were incredibly disappointing—and frankly troubling, especially considering that we were the only guests waiting and the only Black patrons in the space.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously, as this is not the kind of experience that makes guests feel welcome or valued—or makes them want to return.

My wife and I were on our annual motorcycle trip for 3weeks and were staying overnight in Regina, Saskatchewan and were out on a walk locally and discovered The Flats by chance. So we chose to go out for dinner at The Flats and it was a culinary delight! The food was absolutely amazing along with an amazing dessert experience!! But most importantly, our server Sydney made the experience a most complete and utter delight to end our evening. She was warm and cordial and represented her establishment well with a most professional and personal way that her employer is privileged to have her on their team! Great experience and will certainly recommend it and will return when we're back in town!🙌
