We ordered the 10 ounce ribeye. Once we removed the fat and gristle, there was maybe 4 ounces of meat left to eat. And it was almost inedibly over salted. We told our server, and 15% was removed from the bill. Not good enough. Especially since now we are at A&W getting a burger because I was still hungry after my $50 steak

November 20, 2025. I am in Regina several times a year for work. When I am here I eat at the flats 2/3 days. My experience has always been top notch, food and service. Unfortunately today was much different. Had Lei T as a server today, she is nice enough. But for one, my food was brought it in rapid succession. I’m a pretty quick eater, but the main meal came out and I was not even half done an order of wings. Then came the billing issue. She didn’t ask if I wanted the bill, just brought it over. She charged me for two (2) ceasers, I only had one. I then asked her to split the food and beverages up, for work reimbursement. I was tired and didn’t want to deal with it anymore so I paid both. Then noticed she had put one ceaser on each bill. I explained again that I only had one, she rambled about how she “gave it discount for error” despite me saying I only had one. Then she got a little snarky and said “you don’t understand I gave you discount”. I got up and left knowing this was going nowhere. In short, Lei T made this experience quite miserable, she was argumentative and in all honesty, lacks some comprehension skills. I will not be returning to the flats and will let co workers know the service is subpar. Shame on Lei T

I was having breakfast and my server asked what I had planned that day. I told her I was trying to settle my mother’s estate as she recently passed and she conveyed her condolences. When she came around to freshen my coffee she noticed I was tearing up and asked if I was ok, I told her I just got a message that my cousin had just passed and that I was feeling down. When it came time to settle up she told me there was no bill and could go. I tried to tip but she refused so I left what pocket change I had on the table and left. The staff are always accommodating and courteous and that’s something I appreciate.

Went there with my grandma the other day we both ordered the penne Alfredo one with shrimp and one with chicken, we were both blown away with how delicious everything was as it was our first time coming here we were very pleased with what we received by the staff

The Flats is amazing! I am always impressed with the food, love the atmosphere, and good service! It has become one of my favorite places in the city, and never disappoints. I highly recommend!

As busy as Saturday night can be that kitchen pumped out orders like crazy! No hour wait for your meal! We has ribs tonight and it didn't take long at all. So impressed with their staff in that kitchen!

We had a wonderful family lunch at The Flats and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The food was excellent and offered at a great price — truly worth it. What made it even more special was the exceptional customer service. A huge appreciation to our server, Lei, who went above and beyond to make our rare family dine-out memorable as we celebrated a special day. Her warm and attentive service made us feel truly valued.

Thank you so much , Leo and The Flats, for the great food, pleasant ambiance, and outstanding service. We are grateful and will definitely have this place on top of our list for future visits. Keep up the excellent work!

Let's talk about the services... nice and polite... what you would expect... Atmosphere is nice and comfortable feeling a little like home... Food... absolutely delicious like something I'm going to be dreaming about later is this week...
