Went there to celebrate 2 birthdays ? it was quiet and comfortable. Lights not too bright, drinks mixed well. This was my 1st experience at The Flats with a private booking of the patio to celebrate my 50th. I was 100% satisfied!! Right from the time I made the booking with Alex, to the setting, atmosphere, service, food it was all amazing!! Caitlyn and Ellexis kept the food and drinks coming all night with smiles on their faces and Alex was the perfect bartender and DJ. We were there and there was only 3 tables in the restaurant. Our order was missing parts coming out of the kitchen. Wings weren't very good. Also the banquet seats are heavily worn and just look tired, when you walk in and see that I find it right away sets a tone to not expect too much. I was hoping they would be better but unfortunately the food matched the worn seat vibe.

First time there and ordered the pull pork on toast. It would be better if it was on a long bun and also the pork tasted "funny" and I have gone to the WC more than 8 times since yesterday and hadn't eaten or drank anything prior. I even smelled it at my table and did not smell or taste like fresh pork.
